1 여호와여 주는 나의 하나님이시라 내가 주를 높이고 주의 이름을 찬송하오리니 주는 기사를 옛적에 정하신 뜻대로 성실함과 진실함으로 행하셨음이라 2 주께서 성읍을 돌무더기로 만드시며 견고한 성읍을 황폐하게 하시며 외인의 궁성을 성읍이 되지 못하게 하사 영원히 건설되지 못하게 하셨으므로 3 강한 민족이 주를 영화롭게 하며 포학한 나라들의 성읍이 주를 경외하리이다 4 주는 포학자의 기세가 성벽을 치는 폭풍과 같을 때에 빈궁한 자의 요새이시며 환난 당한 가난한 자의 요새이시며 폭풍 중의 피난처시며 폭양을 피하는 그늘이 되셨사오니 5 마른 땅에 폭양을 제함 같이 주께서 이방인의 소란을 그치게 하시며 폭양을 구름으로 가림 같이 포학한 자의 노래를 낮추시리이다 6 만군의 여호와께서 이 산에서 만민을 위하여 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 포도주로 연회를 베푸시리니 곧 골수가 가득한 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 맑은 포도주로 하실 것이며 7 또 이 산에서 모든 민족의 얼굴을 가린 가리개와 열방 위에 덮인 덮개를 제하시며 8 사망을 영원히 멸하실 것이라 주 여호와께서 모든 얼굴에서 눈물을 씻기시며 자기 백성의 수치를 온 천하에서 제하시리라 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라 9 그 날에 말하기를 이는 우리의 하나님이시라 우리가 그를 기다렸으니 그가 우리를 구원하시리로다 이는 여호와시라 우리가 그를 기다렸으니 우리는 그의 구원을 기뻐하며 즐거워하리라 할 것이며 10 여호와의 손이 이 산에 나타나시리니 모압이 거름물 속에서 초개가 밟힘 같이 자기 처소에서 밟힐 것인즉 11 그가 헤엄치는 자가 헤엄치려고 손을 폄 같이 그 속에서 그의 손을 펼 것이나 여호와께서 그의 교만으로 인하여 그 손이 능숙함에도 불구하고 그를 누르실 것이라 12 네 성벽의 높은 요새를 헐어 땅에 내리시되 진토에 미치게 하시리라. 서론 Intro
여러분이 이번에 산업선교 대회말씀을 잘 들으셨을줄을 믿는다. 저도 그 말씀을 참 은혜롭게 받았다. 말씀중에 여러분에게 꼭 전하고 싶은 말씀이 있었다. 그것은 바로 나의 복음을 가지라 하는 메시지 였다. 나의 복음이 과연 무엇인가. 사도바울이 나의 복음 이라는 말을 했는데 그게 무슨뜻인가. 그것은 바로 내가 만나는 사람마다 전할 나의 복음 메시지이다. 내가 만나는 사람들에게 복음을 전하기 위해서는 영접메시지와 양육메시지를 붙잡으며 준비해야한다. 여기계신 분들, 특별히 렘넌트들은 생명살릴 귀중한 일꾼이기 때문에 생명살릴 메시지를 분명히 가지고 있어야한다. 그렇게 내가 누구를 만나든지 살릴수 있게 되어야 한다. 메세지 중에 지금부터 3년동안 준비 하라고 했다. 지금부터 3년 잡고 내가 확실하게 전할수 있는 영접 메시지와 새신자를 양육 시킬수 있는 양육 메시지를 꼭 준비하시기를 바란다. 여러분들이 분명히 언약잡은 백성, 렘넌트라 한다면 분명히 이 메시지 가지고 있어야한다. 이 말씀을 제가 드리는 말씀으로 생각하지 마시고 하나님께서 여러분에게 주시는 명령으로 붙잡으시라. 여러분들이 가지고 있는 중요한 메시지를 꼭 정리하는 시간을 가져보시라. 또 강단메시지와 수요메시지, 금요메시지는 그것을 중심으로 여러분에게 드리고 있으니 그것을 꼭 붙잡고 편집해서 여러분의 것으로 만드시라. 주일메시지 뿐만 아니라 수요, 금요 메시지는 여러분을 세계복음화의 주역이 되게 하기 위해 생명걸고 준비하고있다. 그래서 장로님들과 이야기한적 있지만 이 메시지를 렘넌트들이 꼭 붙잡아야 한다는 마음으로 준비하고있다. 꼭 잡으시고 편집 하시기 바란다.
1. 천국잔치 참여자의 찬송 The praise of those celebrate at the Heavenly Feast
1) 언약 안에 있는 자의 찬송 The praise of those in the covenant

오늘 말씀도 중요한 말씀이다. 본문을 같이 읽었지만 이 말씀이 이사야가 말하는 천국잔치와 승리에 대해 이야기 하는것을 볼수가있다. 먼저 1절 말씀 보면, 언약안에 있는 사람들이 부르는 찬송소리를 볼수가있다, “여호와여 주는 나의 하나님이시라 내가 주를 높이고 주의 이름을 찬송하오리니 주는 기사를 옛적에 정하신 뜻대로 성실함과 진실함으로 행하셨음이라.” 여기서 말씀 보게 되면 우리의 하나님 이라고 하지 않고 나의 하나님 이라고 한다. 우리가 신앙고백할때 이러한 고백을 하는것이 중요하다. “나의 하나님, 나의 찬송받으실 하나님, 나의 아버지" 이것이 정말 중요하다. 출애굽기 15:2 말씀 보면 모세도 똑같은 고백 하는것을 볼수가 있다, “여호와는 나의 힘이요 노래시며 나의 구원이시로다 그는 나의 하나님이시니 내가 그를 찬송할 것이요 내 아버지의 하나님이시니 내가 그를 높이리로다.” 출애굽은 모세 혼자만 한것이 아니었다. 홍해도 마찬가지다. 그럼에도 불구하고 모세는 힘쳐외치며 나의 여호와 나의 힘이요 구원이다 라고 찬송한다. 하나님의 구원사역에서 내가 언약 백성으로 포함이 된것을 감사하며 영광 돌린것이다. 이 고백을 날마다 하시기를 바란다. 아마 큰 은혜가 여러분들에게 임할것이다. 아침에 일어나서 나의 하나님, 나의 구원의 하나님, 감사합니다 이렇게 고백하면 얼마나 하나님께서 기뻐 하시겠나. 그러면서 2절 말씀 보게되면 승리의 찬송을 부르는 모습이 나온다, “주께서 성읍을 돌무더기로 만드시며 견고한 성읍을 황폐하게 하시며 외인의 궁성을 성읍이 되지 못하게 하사 영원히 건설되지 못하게 하셨으므로”. 아무리 세상 나라가 강해도 하나님께서 입으로 한번 후 불으시면 순식간에 돌무더기, 황폐하게 되는것이다. 세상 마지막에 심판의 바람을 부르시게되면 아무리 강한 나라도 순식간에 없어진다. 그 영광스러운 능력의 하나님을 찬양 하는것이다. 그런데 놀라운 찬송이 3절에 나오는것을 볼수가 있다. “강한 민족이 주를 영화롭게 하며 포학한 나라들의 성읍이 주를 경외하리이다”. 놀라운 말씀이 나타나고있다. 강한 민족이, 주를 영화롭게 하는 자가 나타날것 이라는것이다. 포악한 나라가, 하나님을 경외하는 나라가 된다는 이야기이다. 그 나라 가운데서 하나님의 심판하심과 역사하심을 통해 깨닫고 돌아오는 이가 있을것이라 하는 말이다. 강한 민족 가운데서도 주를 영화롭게 하며 라는 말은 하나님의 영광을 깨닫는 자가 있다는 말이다. 포악한 나라의 성읍들이 주를 경배 한다는 말은 뭔가. 예배를 드리는 자들이 나타난다는 말이다. 참으로 놀라운 메시지다. 앞으로 적그리스도의 시대에 엄청난 핍박이 있을것이나 하나님께서 심판하심을 보고 돌아오는 남은자들이 있을것 이라는 말이다. 4절 말씀 보게되면, “주는 포학자의 기세가 성벽을 치는 폭풍과 같을 때에 빈궁한 자의 요새이시며 환난 당한 가난한 자의 요새이시며 폭풍 중의 피난처시며 폭양을 피하는 그늘이 되셨사오니” 라고 이야기하고 있다. “주는 포악자의 기세가 성벽을 치는 폭풍과 같을때에,” 이 말은 마지막 때가 되면 포악자가 나타나 심판이 가까운줄 알고 말할수 없는 폭군과 같은 어려움을 이땅에 많은 백성들에게 줄것 이라는 말이다. 그의 기세가 얼마나 센지 폭풍과 같이 성벽을 치는 무서운 기세 라고 되어있다. 이것은 요한계시록 12:12에도 말씀을 하고있다, “마귀가 자기의 때가 얼마 남지 않은 줄을 알므로 크게 분내어 너희에게 내려갔음이라 하더라.” 크게 분내어 이땅에 와서 우는 사자처럼 삼킬자를 찾는모습이다. 아마 교회다니는 많은 사람들이 예수 믿지 않겠다 믿음을 버리는 날이 올수있다. 놀랍게도 그러한 폭풍 같은 고난 가운데서도, 그러니까 7년의 대환난이 온다해도 당신의 사람을 구원하시는 방법이 있으시다 하셨다. “ 환난 당한 가난한 자의 요새이시며 폭풍 중의 피난처시며 폭양을 피하는 그늘이 되셨사오니” 강한 폭풍이 몰아쳐도 끄떡없는 요새가 되어 주시겠다 이 말이다. 환란을 당해 가난한 자가 있을것 이다, 믿음을 지키다가 경제적인 어려움도 당하고 핍박 당하는 이들도 있을것인데 그들을 지키실것 이라는 말이다. 그들의 피난처가 직접 되어 주시겠다 이 말이다. 이어서 5절에, “마른 땅에 폭양을 제함 같이 주께서 이방인의 소란을 그치게 하시며 폭양을 구름으로 가림 같이 포학한 자의 노래를 낮추시리이다” 이 폭양처럼 뜨거운 태양이 핍박을 주는데도 불구하고 하나님 께서는 그 폭양을 피하는 구름이 되어 주시겠다는 말이다. 하나님께서는 그 가운데서도 남은자를 돌보시며 믿음으로 승리할수 있게 힘 주시며 지켜 나가신다는 말이다. 어려움 당할때 믿음으로 지키게 되면 하나님께서 끝까지 보호해주시는 피난처 되심을 체험할수 있다. “이방인의 소란을 그치게 하시며 폭양을 구름으로 가림 같이 포학한 자의 노래를 낮추시리이다” 결국 그들의 모든 계략은 실패할것이다, 왜냐? 하나님께서 같이 계시기 때문에. 또 하나님의 남은자, 언약 잡은자를 끝까지 보호하신다는 사실 잊지 말아야한다. 하나님은 언약잡은 자, 남은자를 얼마나 귀하게 보시는지 모른다.
2. 천국잔치의 풍성한 은혜 God's grace abundant at the heavenly feast
1) 시온산에서 베푸신 잔치 The feast on Mount Zion

성경을 보면 세상 어떤것보다 보배로운 자들이다 하셨다. 6절에 보면 그들을 불러 천국잔치를 하시겠다 하는 말씀이 나온다, “만군의 여호와께서 이 산에서 만민을 위하여 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 포도주로 연회를 베푸시리니 곧 골수가 가득한 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 맑은 포도주로 하실 것이며”. 오늘 성경말씀 보며 주의할것이 있다. “산" 이라는 말씀이 세번 나온다. 6절과 7절, 그리고 10절에 “이 산에서" 라는 말이 나온다. 6절과 7절에 산은 시온산을 말한다. 하나님께서 시온산에서 잔치를 베풀것 이라는 말이다. 그런데 10절에 나오는 산은 심판의 산을 나타낸다. 그래서 6절 말씀에, “만군의 여호와께서 이 산에서 만민을 위하여 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 포도주로 연회를 베푸시리니” 이 산은 히브리서 12:22 에 보면 나온다, “그러나 너희가 이른 곳은 시온 산과 살아 계신 하나님의 도성인 하늘의 예루살렘과 천만 천사와.” 우리가 예수 그리스도 영접하는 순간에 육신은 이 땅에 있지만 영은 하늘의 예루살렘, 시온산에 있다 하는것을 나타내는것이다. 우리는 지금 이땅에 살고 있다 그렇지만 여기서도 하늘의 보좌의 축복을 누릴수있는것을 말한다. 사2:3, “많은 백성이 가며 이르기를 오라 우리가 여호와의 산에 오르며 야곱의 하나님의 전에 이르자 그가 그의 길을 우리에게 가르치실 것이라”. 여기에 나오는 이 산은 교회를 가르킨다. 먼저 하나님께서 만찬을 베푸시는데 바로 이 땅에서 교회의 예배 통해서 천국잔치를 벌리신다 라는 말이다. 지금 우리가 드리는 이 예배가 구원받은자들을 모으셔서 천국잔치를 벌이시는것이다. 만찬 내용이 오늘 말씀 마지막에 나온다, “만군의 여호와께서 이 산에서 만민을 위하여 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 포도주로 연회를 베푸시리니 곧 골수가 가득한 기름진 것과 오래 저장하였던 맑은 포도주로 하실 것이며” 가장 기름진것과 오래된 포도주는 성령의 풍성한 기름을 말한다. 성령의 기름으로 풍성하게 채워지는것을 말한다. 가장 오래된 포도주는 그리스도의 복음, 참 복음, 진짜 복음을 나타낸다. 요한복음 6:54-55 보면, 예수님께서 말씀 하셨다, “내 살을 먹고 내 피를 마시는 자는 영생을 가졌고 마지막 날에 내가 그를 다시 살리리니 55 내 살은 참된 양식이요 내 피는 참된 음료로다.” 우리가 예배 통해 그리스도의 피를 마시고 살을 먹고 말씀을 받으며 어떤 축복을 받게 되는가, 날마다 그리스도와 하나가 되는 축복을 받는것이다.
2) 천국잔치에서 받는 위로 Comfort at the Heavenly Feast

예배를 통해서 우리에게 주시는 놀라운 축복이 나타나고 있다. 7절 말씀 보면, “또 이 산에서 모든 민족의 얼굴을 가린 가리개와 열방 위에 덮인 덮개를 제하시며”. 여기에 나오는 얼굴 가리개는 중동 사막의 모래바람을 맡기 위해 쓰여졌다. 하나님의 은혜에 방해되는 모든것을 제하여버리신다는 뜻이다. 이것이 말씀을 통해 성령을 통한 깨달음으로 이루어진다는말이다. 참생명의 비밀, 십자가의 비밀이 깨달아 지는것이다. 8절, “사망을 영원히 멸하실 것이라 주 여호와께서 모든 얼굴에서 눈물을 씻기시며 자기 백성의 수치를 온 천하에서 제하시리라 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라”, 영원히 예수 그리스도를 영접한 자는 사망에서 해방인것이다. 사망을 영원히 멸하신다는 이 말을 원어로 해석하면, 사망을 꿀꺽 삼켜 버렸다고 표현된다. 사망을 꿀꺽 삼켜서 이제 아예 없어진것이다. 이제 내게 있는것은 영원한 생명이다. 요한계시록 21:4에도 나온다. “모든 눈물을 그 눈에서 씻기시매 다시 사망이 없고 애통하는 것이나 곡하는 것이나 아픈 것이 다시 있지 아니하리니 처음 것들이 다 지나갔음이러라”. 인간에 있는 모든 저주, 사망, 지옥의 권세, 고통이 완전히 사라진것을 말하고 있는것이다. 백성들의 수치를 온 천하로부터 없애버린다 라는 말이다. 왜냐, 이제는 나의 주인이 내가 아닌 주님이시기 때문이다. 로마서 14:17에 보면, “하나님의 나라는 먹는 것과 마시는 것이 아니요 오직 성령 안에 있는 의와 평강과 희락이라.” 라고 나온다. 하나님 나라의 진정한 잔치는 의와 평강과 희락이 넘친다 라는 말이다. 9절에 이어, “그 날에 말하기를 이는 우리의 하나님이시라 우리가 그를 기다렸으니 그가 우리를 구원하시리로다 이는 여호와시라 우리가 그를 기다렸으니 우리는 그의 구원을 기뻐하며 즐거워하리라 할 것이며” 우리가 기다리고 기다리던 구원이 임했고 그 안에서 기뻐하며 즐거워 할것이다. 우리는 이땅을 살면서 보좌의 축복을 누릴수있는 축복된 자리에 들어가게 되었다 이 말이다.
3. 항상 기억할 것 What to always remember
1) 대적자들의 심판 The judgment of the opponents
사 Isaiah 25:10-12
여기서 우리가 항상 기억할것이 있다. 10절 말씀이다, “여호와의 손이 이 산에 나타나시리니 모압이 거름물 속에서 초개가 밟힘 같이 자기 처소에서 밟힐 것인즉” 언약잡은 사람들, 남은자 들에게는 천국 잔치가 벌어지는데 하나님을 따르지 못하고 대적하는 자들에게는 어떤 일이 일어나나, 여호와의 심판의 손이 나타날것이다 이 말이다. 이 산에 나타나는데 이 산은 바로 큰 우상신전이 있던 산을 말한다. 솔로몬이 예루살렘에 성전을 세웠지만 그는 부인 1,000명을 두는 죄를 저질렀다. 그 중에 모압신을 섬기는 부인이 있었다고 나온다. 그 여자가 솔로몬에게 내가 섬기던 그모스 신을 모실 신전을 지어달라 이야기 한다. 왕상 11에 보면 솔로몬이 예루살렘 성전이 있던 앞에 산에 그 신전을 지어주었다고 나온다. 이 신전에서 얼마나 오랫동안 이스라엘 백성이 우상숭배 했나, 바벨론에게 멸망 당할때 까지 했다. 모압은 누구를 상징하나. 하나님 앞에 예배 드리지 않고 하나님이 아닌 다른 존재에게 가서 예배드리는 이들이다. 마지막에 하나님을 저버리고 대적하며 우상숭배 하는 자들에게 심판하시겠다 라는 말이다. “ 여호와의 손이 이 산에 나타나시리니 모압이 거름물 속에서 초개가 밟힘 같이 자기 처소에서 밟힐 것인즉” 여기서 “거름물"은 마드메나 라는 말인데 이 말은 거름더미, 똥더미 를 뜻한다. 하나님 대적하는 자들은 지푸라기와 똥더미에 섞여 질퍽하게 그렇게 내팽겨쳐져 있고 밟힘받는다 라는것을 말하는것이다. 하나님의 언약의 백성인 남은자들은 시온산에서 잔치를 벌이며 하나님을 찬양하고 있다. 그러나 하나님을 대적하고 우상숭배 하는 자들은 똥더미에 섞여있다 라는 말이다. 11절에 이야기한다, “그가 헤엄치는 자가 헤엄치려고 손을 폄 같이 그 속에서 그의 손을 펼 것이나 여호와께서 그의 교만으로 인하여 그 손이 능숙함에도 불구하고 그를 누르실 것이라”. 그곳에서 나오려고 허우적 거리는 모습이다. 그러나 하나님께서는 그것을 그냥 눌러버리시는것이다. 그 이유가 바로 교만함으로 인한 손의 능숙함 이라는 말이다. 이들은 하나님 있다고 다 해결되나? 하나님이 밥 먹여주나 하고 도전하는 사람들이었던것이다. 그 손의 능숙함 이라는 것은 그들 스스로의 꾀를 믿었다는 말이다. 12절, “네 성벽의 높은 요새를 헐어 땅에 내리시되 진토에 미치게 하시리라.” 너희들이 쌓았던 높은 신전, 바벨탑과 같던 모든것을 완전히 무너트리겠다는 말이다. 완전히 흑암을 무너트리겠다, 완전히 우상을 꺾으시겠다, 승리 하시겠다 이 말이다.
2) 항상 할 것 3가지 Three things that you must always do
행1:3, 8; 2:42
여기서 우리가 언약잡은 자, 남은자로서 항상 해야할 세가지를 붙잡아야겠다. 산업인들에게 주신 메시지 꼭 언약으로 잡으시라. 행 1:8 말씀 꼭 붙잡으시라, “오직 성령이 너희에게 임하시면 너희가 권능을 받고 예루살렘과 온 유대와 사마리아와 땅 끝까지 이르러 내 증인이 되리라 하시니라”. 지금까지 이사야서를 통해 하나님께 축복받는것이 얼마나 간단한지 알게 되었다. 하나님께 돌아오기만 하면 된다. 나만 제대로 믿어라 그리하면 모든 응답을 주겠다 계속해서 약속 하시는 말씀이다. 오늘 말씀도 그것이다. 너희가 성령을 받고 증인된 삶을 살라 이것이다. 네 모든 삶의 기준을 하나님 것으로 바꾸라, 네 삶의 방향과 기준을 전도 선교로 맞추기만 하면 된다 이 말씀이다. 그것을 어떻게 하나. 우리가 보좌의 축복 3, 9,3 을 누리고만 있으면 된다. 그렇게 되면 하나님께서 알아서 붙여주신다. 두번째, 행: 2:42이다, “그들에게 확실한 많은 증거로 친히 살아 계심을 나타내사 사십 일 동안 그들에게 보이시며 하나님 나라의 일을 말씀 하시니라.” 우리가 모든것을 하나님께 집중하며 하나님의 나라의 일을 기다리는것이다. 그렇게 되면 틀림없이 재창조의 역사를 이루게 해주실것이다. 나의 CVDIP 붙잡고 기다리는것이다. 행2:42 이다, “그들이 사도의 가르침을 받아 서로 교제하고 떡을 떼며 오로지 기도하기를 힘쓰니라.” 우리에게 베푸신 이 천국잔치를 최대한 많이 누려야한다. 제가1998-9 년도에 부산에 있는 전도 신학원에 다녔다. 주일날 예배 드리고 나서 포럼하며 저녁까지 영적인 교제를 한 기억이 있다. 그런데 저녁이 되어 다 끝나고 숙소에 자려고 누워 눈을 감는데 말씀이 떠오르면서 영적으로 마치 잔치집에 가서 거하게 먹고 배부르게 누워있는 느낌이 들었다. 이것이 바로 영적 잔치구나 생각하며 매주 그러한 느낌을 느꼈다. 우리가 말씀을 붙잡고 교제 하는것이 얼마나 귀중한지 모른다. Oneness 에 집중하시기를 바란다. 하나님과 나, 그리고 모든것 위에 원니스 이루시기를 바란다. 산업이든지 교회던지 후대든지 Oneness 위해서 기도하시기 바란다. 우리 렘넌트들이 특별히 붙잡을것이 있다. 여러분이 살면 미국이 살고 세계가 산다. 내가 살면 세계가 산다 라는 언약을 확신을 가지고 붙잡으시기를 바란다. 그 축복이 여러분에게 임할줄을 믿는다.
결론 Conclusion
롬 Romans 16:20
말씀 맺겠다. 롬 16:20 붙잡으시라, “평강의 하나님께서 속히 사탄을 너희 발 아래에서 상하게 하시리라 우리 주 예수의 은혜가 너희에게 있을지어다.” 이 말은 사단을 무릎꿇게 한다는 말이다. 이 항상 할 세가지 것을 하면 반드시 사단이 무릎꿇게 될것이다. 이 축복을 날마다 누리시기를 바란다.

I will exalt You, I will praise Your name, For You have done wonderful things; Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. 2 For You have made a city a ruin, A fortified city a ruin, A palace of foreigners to be a city no more; It will never be rebuilt. 3 Therefore the strong people will glorify You; The city of the terrible nations will fear You. 4 For You have been a strength to the poor, A strength to the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, A shade from the heat; For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. 5 You will reduce the noise of aliens, As heat in a dry place; As heat in the shadow of a cloud, The song of the terrible ones will be diminished. 6 And in this mountain The Lord of hosts will make for all people A feast of choice pieces, A feast of wines on the lees, Of fat things full of marrow, Of well-refined wines on the lees. 7 And He will destroy on this mountain The surface of the covering cast over all people, And the veil that is spread over all nations. 8 He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken. 9 And it will be said in that day: 'Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.' 10 For on this mountain the hand of the Lord will rest, And Moab shall be trampled down under Him, As straw is trampled down for the refuse heap. 11 And He will spread out His hands in their midst As a swimmer reaches out to swim, And He will bring down their pride Together with the trickery of their hands. 12 The fortress of the high fort of your walls He will bring down, lay low, And bring to the ground, down to the dust.”
Introduction
I am sure that you listened to the business missions sermon. Through this message, I received a lot of grace. From this sermon, there is something that I wanted to relay to you. The message told us to have my gospel. What is my gospel? Paul said to have my gospel, what is “my gospel” referring to? It is the gospel message that you need to relay to people around you. In order to relay the gospel message to people around you, you need to prepare the basic salvation message and nurturing messages. Our remnants here, you are so precious so you need to hold onto the gospel message that gives life. This is so that you can save people around you who are suffering with problems with the gospel message. I told you this before, for 3 years, prepare this. You need to prepare the gospel message and nurturing message that you can relay to people around you. You need to always be ready for this and prepare for this. You are absolutely chosen people of God and remnants so you need to prepare this gospel message. Don’t take this message as my message but think of this God’s command and voice. The gospel message and nurturing message that you have, make time to organize it. Also the pulpit message as well as the Wednesday and Friday services, make those messages your focus and edit them. Not only the Sunday sermons, you need to take the Wednesday and Friday sermons as your platform for world evangelism and stake your life to hold onto these messages. I have talked to the remnants about this and I always emphasize to them that I truly want the remnants not to lose hold of these messages and sermons. Hold onto these messages and edit them. Today’s sermon is very important. We read today’s main Biblical scripture together and this was the message that Isaiah was speaking about, and he was speaking about the praise of those who celebrate at the heavenly feast.
1. The Praise of Those Celebrate at the Heavenly Feast
1) The praise of those in the covenant
Verse 1 - It says here, “My God.” When we make a confession of faith, this is the confession of faith that we must have. We must praise and proclaim, “My God, My Lord, and My savior.”
Moses also made the same confession in Exodus 15:2 “The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will exalt Him.” - The Exodus was not led completely by Moses and Moses was not only the one who crossed the Red Sea but despite all of that, Moses exclaimed and confessed the name of Lord God. He exclaimed out and gave praise to God for thanksgiving of salvation. Make this confession of faith and praise every single day. When you do this, then God will pour His great grace upon you. The moment you wake up, proclaim and praise God as His Lord and God. When you do this, imagine how happy you will make God.
2) The victory praise for those who remain
Verses 2-5 - No matter how strong the world is, if God blows out the wind, then the whole world will fall down. During the last days, when God blows the wind, no strong wind can withstand that. This is the great power of God.
Verse 3 - this is an amazing message. A strong people will glorify God and strong nations will fear God. God’s judgment will fall onto strong nations and they will return back to God. Even strong nations will fear God, this means that they will realize God’s glory. The strong people will give glory to God, there are those who will give worship to God. During the last days, God’s judgment and fury will come upon the world but at that time, there will be people who will return back to God and give Him glory.
Verse 4 - During the last days, there will be a great storm and great suffering upon the world, and people will be fully aware that God’s judgment is coming upon the world.
This is talked about in Revelation 12:12 “Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” - Satan will come down to Earth and will prowl around devouring people because he will know that he has only a short time to take people down with him. During the last days, many people will leave the church and God but during that great time and tribulation, there will absolutely be people who are chosen by God.
Verse 4 - No matter how strong the storm is, God promised that He will be a fortress and great wall for us. With that great chaos and tribulation, God promised that He will protect and be a refuge for us.
Verse 5 - Even though great persecution will fall upon us, God promised that He will be a great shade of cloud protecting us. God will protect His remaining ones and give us strength as well as protect us. If we protect and keep our faith during that time, God promised that He will protect us till the end. God is with us. What is absolute is that God will protect His remaining ones and those who hold onto His covenant till the end. God thinks of His remaining ones and those who have the covenant as so precious and important. God considers us as His hidden gems and jewels.
2. God's Grace Abundant at the Heavenly Feast
1) The feast on Mount Zion
Verse 6 - This mountain is mentioned three times. God said that He will hold a feast on this mountain. God talked about a mountain again in verses 7 and 10. This mountain is referring to Mount Zion in verses 6 and 7. God promised that He will hold the feast in Mount Zion. The mountain in verse 10 is referring to the mount of judgment.
Hebrews 12:22 “But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels.” - The moment we become a child of God and accept Jesus Christ, our status and identity is of a heavenly citizen. We live in this world but we are also able to enjoy the blessings of the heavenly throne on this earth.
Isaiah 2:3 “Many people shall come and say, 'Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, To the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, And we shall walk in His paths.' For out of Zion shall go forth the law, And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” - What is absolute is that this mount is referring to a church. First, God gives us His abundant grace and blessings of a feast but it is given to us at church and during worship service. During our worship service, it is a time when God holds a feast in heaven and holds a feast for us at church.
Verse 6 - The best food and wine are served to us during this feast, and this is referring to the great filling of the Holy Spirit. We are to be filled with the oil of the Holy Spirit. The great aged wine is referring to the true, pure, and absolute gospel.
John 6:54-55 “Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.” - Through worship, we are able to drink Jesus’ blood and eat His flesh, this means that we are receiving God’s word. This means that we are able to enjoy being with God on a daily basis. Through worship, we are able to receive tremendous blessings.
2) Comfort at the Heavenly Feast
Verses 7-8 - Covering our faces means that we are blocking our face from sand that is blowing. Whatever that is blocking us from God’s word, this will protect us. Through the Holy Spirit, it will help us realize and understand. We will realize and understand the true meaning of the cross and the gospel.
Verse 8 - Those who trust in the Lord, you will be inside eternity. Death will be swallowed forever, this means that we will not face death. We will receive eternal life. God will wipe all of our tears.
Revelations 21:4 “And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” - Our suffering, curses, and misery will all disappear. God said that He will wipe all of the tears of His people. This is because the Lord is our God. We have no choice but to be victorious.
1 Corinthians 13:12 “For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.” -
Romans 14:17 “For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” - The true feast is filled with righteousness, peace, and joy of the Holy Spirit.
Verse 9 - The salvation that we have been waiting for, it will be given to us. We will enter into the absolute blessing of the heavenly throne. From here, we must remember verse 10.
3. What to Always Remember
1) The judgment of the opponents
Verses 10-12 - Those who have the covenant, the heavenly feast will be held for you. But what about those who are not within the covenant? The sound of God’s judgment will come upon them. Solomon raised up the temple of God but he bought in wives who bought in idols. Within his wives, there were wives who served the idol, Moab. The wives requested Solomon to worship their idols and to build them temples for their idols. Solomon ended up building a temple within a mountain. The Israelites worshiped idols until they were destroyed by Babylon. What does Moab represent? They worshiped this idol instead of God. They forsook God and worshiped idols instead. This is astounding and scary. From here, it talks about a dump in verse 10 and when God’s judgment comes upon them, they will be trampled on and thrown into the dump.
Those who are within the covenant, the heavenly feast will be held and they will be singing praises to God. But those who are not in the covenant, they are within this dump and holding a feast within the fiery walls of hell.
Verse 11 - No matter what method they use to get out of this dump and in hell, they cannot come out. God said that when they do this, God will press down their hands. This is God putting down their ignorance and arrogance. These were the people who became arrogant towards God and thought that they didn’t need God at all. No matter how clever they will try to be to try to get out of hell, they cannot come out of hell. The high temples and idols that they worshiped, God said that He will completely break them down. God will absolutely break down Satan. This is the victory that God will have. As people of God’s covenant and as the remaining ones, we need to hold onto 3 things that we must do.
2) Three things that you must always do
Hold onto Acts 1:3, 8; 2:42 “To whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. 8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. 2:42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” - Until now we have been reading the book of Isaiah, we realized that it is so simple to receive blessings. God is saying that all we have to return back to God and believe in Him, then God promised great blessings. If we receive the Holy Spirit and hold onto the gospel, and live a life for God. You are living a life for the gospel and evangelism. Then, how can we do this? We need to enjoy the blessing of the heavenly throne and 393.
Acts 1:3 - If we focus entirely on God then we need to wait for the work of the kingdom of God. If we do this, then we can experience the works of recreation. How can we enjoy this? Hold onto this with our CVDIP and pray.
Acts 2:42 - When the heavenly feast is being held for us, we must enjoy it. I attended seminary school in Korea and after Sunday worship, I had forum with people around me. But after dinner, I settled in my bed to sleep and when I closed my eyes, I felt full after hearing all of the word of God. I felt full as if I attended a huge festival. I realized that this is what it means to attend the heavenly feast. I felt like this every Sunday night. It is so important to hold onto the word of God and have forum with people around you. This is the importance of oneness. For our church, next generation, and business, we must have oneness. If we save ourselves, then we can save the world. If we live, then our next generations can live. May you enjoy great blessings.
Conclusion
Hold onto Romans 16:20 “And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.” - Make Satan go into his knees. God promised that He will make Satan go onto his knees. Enjoy this blessing every single day.
