“술취한 자들에 대한 경고”

1 에브라임의 술취한 자들의 교만한 면류관은 화 있을진저 술에 빠진 자의 성 곧 영화로운 관 같이 기름진 골짜기 꼭대기에 세운 성이여 쇠잔해 가는 꽃 같으니 화 있을진저 2 보라 주께 있는 강하고 힘 있는 자가 쏟아지는 우박 같이, 파괴하는 광풍 같이, 큰 물이 넘침 같이 손으로 그 면류관을 땅에 던지리니 3 에브라임의 술취한 자들의 교만한 면류관이 발에 밟힐 것이라 4 그 기름진 골짜기 꼭대기에 있는 그의 영화가 쇠잔해 가는 꽃이 여름 전에 처음 익은 무화과와 같으리니 보는 자가 그것을 보고 얼른 따서 먹으리로다 5 그 날에 만군의 여호와께서 자기 백성의 남은 자에게 영화로운 면류관이 되시며 아름다운 화관이 되실 것이라 6 재판석에 앉은 자에게는 판결하는 영이 되시며 성문에서 싸움을 물리치는 자에게는 힘이 되시리로다 7 그리하여도 이들은 포도주로 말미암아 옆 걸음 치며 독주로 말미암아 비틀거리며 제사장과 선지자도 독주로 말미암아 옆 걸음 치며 포도주에 빠지며 독주로 말미암아 비틀거리며 환상을 잘못 풀며 재판할 때에 실수하나니 8 모든 상에는 토한 것, 더러운 것이 가득하고 깨끗한 곳이 없도다 9 그들이 이르기를 그가 누구에게 지식을 가르치며 누구에게 도를 전하여 깨닫게 하려는가 젖 떨어져 품을 떠난 자들에게 하려는가 10 대저 경계에 경계를 더하며 경계에 경계를 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하되 여기서도 조금, 저기서도 조금 하는구나 하는도다 11 그러므로 더듬는 입술과 다른 방언으로 그가 이 백성에게 말씀하시리라 12 전에 그들에게 이르시기를 이것이 너희 안식이요 이것이 너희 상쾌함이니 너희는 곤비한 자에게 안식을 주라 하셨으나 그들이 듣지 아니하였으므로 13 여호와께서 그들에게 말씀하시되 경계에 경계를 더하며 경계에 경계를 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하고 여기서도 조금, 저기서도 조금 하사 그들이 가다가 뒤로 넘어져 부러지며 걸리며 붙잡히게 하시리라 14 이러므로 예루살렘에서 이 백성을 다스리는 너희 오만한 자여 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다 15 너희가 말하기를 우리는 사망과 언약하였고 스올과 맹약하였은즉 넘치는 재앙이 밀려올지라도 우리에게 미치지 못하리니 우리는 거짓을 우리의 피난처로 삼았고 허위 아래에 우리를 숨겼음이라 하는도다 16 그러므로 주 여호와께서 이같이 이르시되 보라 내가 한 돌을 시온에 두어 기초를 삼았노니 곧 시험한 돌이요 귀하고 견고한 기촛돌이라 그것을 믿는 이는 다급하게 되지 아니하리로다 17 나는 정의를 측량줄로 삼고 공의를 저울추로 삼으니 우박이 거짓의 피난처를 소탕하며 물이 그 숨는 곳에 넘칠 것인즉 18 너희가 사망과 더불어 세운 언약이 폐하며 스올과 더불어 맺은 맹약이 서지 못하여 넘치는 재앙이 밀려올 때에 너희가 그것에게 밟힘을 당할 것이라 19 그것이 지나갈 때마다 너희를 잡을 것이니 아침마다 지나가며 주야로 지나가리니 소식을 깨닫는 것이 오직 두려움이라 20 침상이 짧아서 능히 몸을 펴지 못하며 이불이 좁아서 능히 몸을 싸지 못함 같으리라 하셨느니라 21 대저 여호와께서 브라심 산에서와 같이 일어나시며 기브온 골짜기에서와 같이 진노하사 자기의 일을 행하시리니 그의 일이 비상할 것이며 자기의 사역을 이루시리니 그의 사역이 기이할 것임이라 22 그러므로 너희는 오만한 자가 되지 말라 너희 결박이 단단해질까 하노라 대저 온 땅을 멸망시키기로 작정하신 것을 내가 만군의 주 여호와께로부터 들었느니라 23 너희는 귀를 기울여 내 목소리를 들으라 자세히 내 말을 들으라 24 파종하려고 가는 자가 어찌 쉬지 않고 갈기만 하겠느냐 자기 땅을 개간하며 고르게만 하겠느냐 25 지면을 이미 평평히 하였으면 소회향을 뿌리며 대회향을 뿌리며 소맥을 줄줄이 심으며 대맥을 정한 곳에 심으며 귀리를 그 가에 심지 아니하겠느냐 26 이는 그의 하나님이 그에게 적당한 방법을 보이사 가르치셨음이며 27 소회향은 도리깨로 떨지 아니하며 대회향에는 수레 바퀴를 굴리지 아니하고 소회향은 작대기로 떨고 대회향은 막대기로 떨며 28 곡식은 부수는가, 아니라 늘 떨기만 하지 아니하고 그것에 수레바퀴를 굴리고 그것을 말굽으로 밟게 할지라도 부수지는 아니하나니 29 이도 만군의 여호와께로부터 난 것이라 그의 경영은 기묘하며 지혜는 광대하니라. (이사야 28:1-29)
서론
이번에 우리가 RCA 메시지 통해서 많은 은혜를 받았다. 제게도 참 중요한 메시지였다. 첫번째 말씀, 기도의 망대를 만들라 하는 말씀에서 큰 은혜 받았다. 기도의 망대를 만들라는 말은 눈에 보이지 않는 무엇인가를 소유하라는 말씀이다. 그 눈에 보이지 않는 무언가가 무엇인가? 바로 영적인 힘을 이야기한다. 영적인 힘 받아서 영적 서밋의 축복 누리라 이 말이다. 이 말씀을 우리에게 허락해주셨으니 그대로 우리 교회에 임할줄을 믿는다. 그렇다면 영적 서밋의 축복을 어떻게 누리나. 요셉으로 예를 들었다. 요셉은 언약을 가지고 있었다. 아마 아버지 야곱이나 어머니에게 전해 들었을것이다. 아마 아버지가 간단히 하나님 믿어라 이러고 끝내진 않았을것이다. 천지를 창조하신 하나님, 아담과 하와 사건, 노아 홍수 사건을 통해 모든 말씀을 요셉에게 전했을것이라 생각된다. 요셉은 바로 그 이야기를 듣고 살아계신 하나님을 느끼며 깊은 교제를 했을것이라 생각된다. 그 증거로 하나님께서 요셉에게 당신의 계획을 보여주셨다. 그 계획 이라함은 바로 해와 달, 그리고 별이 절하는 꿈을 주신 사실이다. 하나님의 계획을 요셉에게 보여주셨다는 말 자체가 요셉은 벌써 영적서밋의 단계에 들어갔다는 말이 된다. 하나님의 계획을 가진 자는 그 누구도 막지 못한다. 여러분들에게도 하나님의 계획이 분명히 있는줄 믿는다. 그래서 하나님의 계획을 붙잡은 요셉은 노예가 되어도 감옥으로 보내져도 어딜가든 상관 없이 어디에 있던지 하나님과 동행하는 삶을 누릴수가 있었다. 가장 중요한것이 바로 하나님의 복음, 언약의 말씀 붙잡고 누리는것이다. 이것을 붙잡고 계속 기도할때 하나님께서는 서밋의 축복을 우리에게 주신다. 우리가 말씀을 받을때 아 그렇구나 하고 말면 그냥 거기서 끝나는것이다. 그런데 이 말씀이 나에게 주신 말씀이구나 하고 붙잡을때 나의 언약이 된다. 제가 이 말씀을 붙잡으며 이 말씀이 모든 렘넌트와 중직자들에게 언약이 되는 생명의 말씀이 되야겠다 먼저 붙잡았다. 예수님께서 감람산에서 40일 동안 하나님의 나라에 대해 설명했다 하셨다. 그래서 이제까지 연말연시 집중기도를 해왔는데, 이 말씀 붙들고 다시 내일 11월 28일 부터 1월 5일 까지 40일간 말씀 집중해 응답 받는 집중의 시간을 가져야겠다. 그래서 이번에 주신 말씀과 강단 말씀, 3-9-3 보좌의 축복의 말씀 붙잡고 기도 하셔야겠다. 요셉이 이 말씀과 주신 복음에 집중할때 하나님이 주신 영적 서밋의 축복을 받았다. 그 이후로 하나님은 요셉에게 엄청난 선물을 계속 주셨다. 복음에 계속 집중하게 되면 바로 하나님이 주신 기능과 달란트를 깨닫는 시간을 주신다. 요셉이 복음을 누렸을때 하나님의 계획을 붙잡고 그것을 누리기만 한것이다. 주신 언약을 누리다 보니 나중에 자기 속에 꿈을 해몽하는 기능이 있었다는것을 발견했다. 자신의 기능을 발견한 후로는 그것을 붙잡고 집중해서 기도했다. 초대교회때 복음을 받고 마가다락방에 모여 집중으로 120인이 모여 기도했을때 오순절에 마가다락방에 성령충만함의 역사를 체험한것이다. 그 때에 하나님께서 주신 응답이 바로, 소망도 없는 감옥소에 갇혔음에도 불구하고 꿈을 해몽할수 있는 기회를 마련해 주시고 마침내는 바로를 만날수 있는 길을 열어주셨다. 자기가 받은 가진 기능에 전심전력을 다한것이다. 이것을 우리가 개인적으로 적용 시키게 되면 학생들은 자기 전공에 최선을 다해서 임하고, 직장에서는 최고의 서밋이 되기위해 기도 하고 연구 하게 된다. 오롯이 기도에 힘쓰며 전심으로 기도 하게 될때 하나님께서 탑의 기능의 축복을 주시는것이다. 그것이 하나님의 계획 이시다. 요셉이 그렇게 했더니 창 41:38의 응답을 받게 된것이다. “바로가 그의 신하에게 이르되 이와같이 하나님의 영에 감동된 사람을 우리가 어찌 찾을수 있으리오” 고백했다. 이것은 국무총리를 세우려는 하나님의 계획 이셨다. 하나님의 계획은 세상과 그 문화를 살리는것이다. 우상 문화를 무너트리고 복음을 회복하시려는 계획이 있다. 우리가 요셉이 받은 축복을 똑같이 누려야겠다. 이렇게 될때 우리가 세상을 이길수 있는 빛의 축복을 받을줄 믿는다. 여러분들이 요셉이 받은 하나님의 계획속에 있다는것 자체가 가장 큰 응답이다. 이것을 누리시기를 바란다. 이번에 40일 동안 정말로 응답받아 서밋의 축복 누리시는 시간 되시기를 기도한다.
1. 북이스라엘에 대한 경고 Warnings against North Israel
1) 취한 자의 면류관 The crown of drunkards
사 Isaiah 28:1-4
오늘 말씀도 참 중요한 말씀 주셨다. 오늘 말씀을 보면서 하나님의 놀라운 사랑을 깨닫게 되었다. 지난 시간에 사 24-27장 까지는 이사야의 계시록, 묵시록 이라는 내용을 나눴다. 그런데 오늘부터 시작되는 28-35장 까지는 화와 복에 대한 노래의 내용이 들어있다고 한다. 실제로 내용을 보면 28-32장에 시작이 ”화있을진저” 반복해서 나온다. 이것은 하나님의 안타까운 마음을 호소하는 내용이다. 다른 말로는 너희들 제발 정신 차려라 호소하며 한탄 하는 모습인것이다. 우리가 성경을 잘못 보면 성경이 무섭고 잘못하면 망하고 때리신다 잘못 생각할수 있다. 사실 이것은 그 길로 가면 망한다 가지 마라 호소 하시는 하나님의 뜨거운 사랑이다. 오늘 1절 말씀만 봐도 북이스라엘을 향한 하나님의 안타까움을 마음을 엿볼수가 있다. “에브라임의 술취한 자들의 교만한 면류관은 화 있을진저 술에 빠진 자의 성 곧 영화로운 관 같이 기름진 골짜기 꼭대기에 세운 성이여 쇠잔해 가는 꽃 같으니 화 있을진저”. 여기서 에브라임은 북이스라엘 왕국을 이야기한다. 그들이 멸망 당하게 된 이유에 대해서 말씀 하시고 있는것이다. 너희들이 술에 취해 술주정뱅이처럼 하며 다니고 있다 말씀하신다. 얼마나 우상을 많이 섬겼던지 마치 술취한 사람처럼 비틀비틀 거리며 다니는 모습과 같다고 말씀 하시는것이다. 4절에 보면, “그 기름진 골짜기 꼭대기에 있는 그의 영화가 쇠잔해 가는 꽃이 여름 전에 처음 익은 무화과와 같으리니 보는 자가 그것을 보고 얼른 따서 먹으리로다” 라고 나온다. 얼마나 술이 많이 취해 정신없이 돌아다니는지 그 모습이 마치 쇠잔해 가는 꽃같다 라고 말하시는것이다. 이 말은 죽어가는 꽃과 같다 라는 말이다. 그 꽃의 상태는 여름 전에 처음 익은 무화과와 같으리니 보는 자가 그것을 보고 얼른 따먹는다 했다. 무화과는 여름 전에 처음 익은것이 가장 맛이 있다고 한다. 그래서 그것을 보는 사람 마다 얼른 따서 먹어버리는것이다. 술 취해 비틀대며 정신없이 다니는 상태가 바로 이렇게 멸망하기 딱 좋은 상태 라는 것이다. 그것을 누가 멸망 시키는가, 바로 하나님이다. 우상에 취해 정신없이 다니는 모습을 보며 2절에 멸망의 내용에 대해 말씀하신다, “보라 주께 있는 강하고 힘 있는 자가 쏟아지는 우박 같이, 파괴하는 광풍 같이, 큰 물이 넘침 같이 손으로 그 면류관을 땅에 던지리니”. 여기서 놀라운 이야기 나타난다. “주께 있는 강하고 힘 있는 자" 라 함은 앗수르를 말하는것이다. 앗수르를 통해 완전히 멸망 시켜 버리는것이다. 우상숭배에 쩔어 정신없이 돌아다니는 이스라엘을 바라보시며 내가 너희들을 없애 버리겠다. 거기에 빠져 사는 너희들을 멸절시키겠다 하시는 말이다. 결국은 앗수르에 인해 BC 722 년에 완전히 멸망당하게 된다.
2) 영화로운 면류관 The crown of glory
사 Isaiah 28:5-6
사 Isaiah 26:3, 4, 7
그런데 5절에 놀라운 말씀이 나온다, “그 날에 만군의 여호와께서 자기 백성의 남은 자에게 영화로운 면류관이 되시며 아름다운 화관이 되실 것이라”. 이 말씀을 보면 그 멸망 가운데속에서도 남은자가 있다는 말이다. 그리고 그들에게는 영화로운 관을 씌워 주겠다 라는 말이다. 그 남은자가 누구인가, 26:3에 심지가 견고한 신앙 가진 사람이라는 말이다. 세상이 다 취하고 타락에 빠진다해도 그것을 바라보지 아니하고 오직 하나님만 바라보며 견고하게 신앙을 지킨 사람들이 있다는 말이다. 끝까지 하나님만 신뢰하며 언약을 붙잡고 지켜나간 사람들이 있었다 하는 말이다. 하나님이 보시기에 얼마나 기쁘시겠나. 온 세상이 다 타락하는데 그 중에 그리 하지 않은 사람들이 남아있었다 이 말이다. 그들을 내가 건지어 면류관을 씌워주겠다 하시는것이다. 그 면류관의 내용이 6절에 나온다, “재판석에 앉은 자에게는 판결하는 영이 되시며 성문에서 싸움을 물리치는 자에게는 힘이 되시리로다”. 지도자들에게는 판결하는 영을 주시는것이다. 또 전쟁하는 사람들에게는 대적과 싸울수 있는 힘을 주시겠다는 말이다. 영화로운 면류관을 갖는 축복의 역사가 여러분에게 있을줄을 믿는다.
2. 남 유다에 대한 경고 Warnings against South Judah
1) 술에 취한 유다의 모습 The drunken state of Judah
사 Isaiah 28:7-13
7절 부터는 유다에 관한 이야기가 나온다. “그리하여도 이들은 포도주로 말미암아 옆 걸음 치며 독주로 말미암아 비틀거리며 제사장과 선지자도 독주로 말미암아 옆 걸음 치며 포도주에 빠지며 독주로 말미암아 비틀거리며 환상을 잘못 풀며 재판할 때에 실수하나니”. 북이스라엘이 우상숭배하며 타락했는데 남유다도 같은 모습인것이다. 오히려 더 심한 상태임을 말한다. 남유다는 술에 취해 앞으로 똑바로 걷지 못하며 좌우로 비틀대는 모습인것이다. 경찰들이 음주운전 검사할때 줄을 그어놓고 그 줄위로 똑바로 걸으라고 한다. 술에 취하면 바로 걷지 못하고 비틀대게 된다. 모든 제사장들과 선지자들이 이렇게 비틀비틀 거리며 제 길로 가지 못하고 엉뚱한 길을 가고있다 이 말이다. 환상도 잘못 보고 예언도 잘못하고 재판도 잘못 내리고 있는것이다. 하나님 앞에 예배는 어떻게 드리나, 8절에, “모든 상에는 토한 것, 더러운 것이 가득하고 깨끗한 곳이 없도다”. 성전에 온갖 우상제물과 거짓 예배와 교만함이 가득 찬 모습이다. 그러니까 완전히 취한 상태로 제정신이 아니고 교만함이 극에 달하게 된것이다. 이사야가 그것을 보며 계속 정신차리라 하나님의 진노가 있을것이다 경고의 말을 하고 있는데 그 경고를 들은 사람들이 하는 이야기가 9절에 나온다, “그들이 이르기를 그가 누구에게 지식을 가르치며 누구에게 도를 전하여 깨닫게 하려는가 젖 떨어져 품을 떠난 자들에게 하려는가”. 말하자면 이사야의 경고를 들으며 네가 누군데 나를 가르치려드느냐 하는것이다. 네가 그런식으로 경고 하려거든 금방 젖을 뗀 아이에게나 하라 라는 말이다. 그러면서 아기들에게 하는 말을 흉내 내며 하는 말이 10절에 나온다, “대저 경계에 경계를 더하며 경계에 경계를 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하되 여기서도 조금, 저기서도 조금 하는구나 하는도다”. 이 말은 갓난아기를 가르칠때 반복해서 교육하는 모습을 따라하는것이다. 아이들이 비틀대면 하지마 조심해 그렇게 하는거 아니야 가르치고 말을 가르칠때도 반복해서 단어를 가르친다. 일어서지 못하는 아이들에게도 반복해서 가르친다. 이것이 바로 이러한 모습을 말하는것이다. 이사야의 경고를 어린아이에게 하는 말처럼 조롱해서 표현하는것이다. 말도 안되는 이야기를 한다 이런 소리다. 하나님께서 우리 왕국을 멸망 시킨다고? 그런일은 없을것이다 교만하게 말 하는것이다. 그 이야기를 들은 하나님은 13절에 말씀 하신다, “ 여호와께서 그들에게 말씀하시되 경계에 경계를 더하며 경계에 경계를 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하며 교훈에 교훈을 더하고 여기서도 조금, 저기서도 조금 하사 그들이 가다가 뒤로 넘어져 부러지며 걸리며 붙잡히게 하시리라”. 너희들이 이사야를 조롱했던 그 말 그대로 너희들을 앗수르를 통해 멸망 시키겠다 이 말이다.

그러면서 이어서 말씀 하신다, 너희들이 지금 조롱하며 비꼬는 이유가 있지 않느냐, 하시는 말씀이 14절에 나온다. “이러므로 예루살렘에서 이 백성을 다스리는 너희 오만한 자여 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다”. 이 술에 취한 자들이 내 말을 들어라. 15절, “너희가 말하기를 우리는 사망과 언약하였고 스올과 맹약하였은즉 넘치는 재앙이 밀려올지라도 우리에게 미치지 못하리니 우리는 거짓을 우리의 피난처로 삼았고 허위 아래에 우리를 숨겼음이라 하는도다” 여기서 사망과 언약하였고 스올과 맹약하였은즉 이라는 말은 우리는 죽음과 무덤과는 전혀 상관없는 사람이다 이 말이다. 왜냐, 우리는 애굽과 맹약을 하였기 때문에 그들이 우리를 지켜줄것이다 하는 말이다. 이 소리를 들은 하나님께서는 18절에 말씀 하신다, “너희가 사망과 더불어 세운 언약이 폐하며 스올과 더불어 맺은 맹약이 서지 못하여 넘치는 재앙이 밀려올 때에 너희가 그것에게 밟힘을 당할 것이라”. 애굽이 너희를 결코 살리지 못한다 라는것을 말한다. 이렇듯 하나님께서는 경고를 하시면서 살길도 말씀 하신다는것을 볼수가 있다. 이것을 항상 붙잡아야 하는것이다. 우리가 잘못된 길로 갈때 항상 우리를 깨닫게 하시는 순간이 있다. 이때 영적인 분별력으로 깨닫고 말씀 따라가야 하는것이다. 이런 가르침이 성경 곳곳에 있다. 우리 삶속에서도 깨달음을 주시며 경고를 주시는것을 발견할수 있어야한다. 16절도 마찬가지이다, “그러므로 주 여호와께서 이같이 이르시되 보라 내가 한 돌을 시온에 두어 기초를 삼았노니 곧 시험한 돌이요 귀하고 견고한 기촛돌이라 그것을 믿는 이는 다급하게 되지 아니하리로다”. 참 놀라운 말씀이다. 살수있는 방법을 가르쳐주시는것이다. 시험한 돌을 잡으라는 말이다. 증명된 돌 이라는 말이다. 귀하고 견고한 돌 이라고도 했다. 이것은 바로 언약을 나타낸다. 기촛돌은 언약의 근원 되시는 그리스도를 나타낸다. 너희들이 그리스도 언약 잡고 믿기만 하면 다급하게 되지 아니하고 평안함 속에 문제가 해결될것이다 하시는것이다. 그리고 이어 17절에 놀라운 말씀 주신다. “나는 정의를 측량줄로 삼고 공의를 저울추로 삼으니 우박이 거짓의 피난처를 소탕하며 물이 그 숨는 곳에 넘칠 것인즉”. 여기서 하나님께서 하시는 판단의 기준, 하나님의 기준을 말씀하시는것이다. 정의가 측량줄이고 공의를 저울추로 삼았다. 공의와 정의를 판단의 기준으로 삼았다. 이것은 약속된 말씀, 하나님이 주신 언약을 말하는것이다. 모든 판단과 상벌의 기준을 언약으로 삼았다는 것이다. 언약 중에 언약이 무엇인가. 약속된 언약, 여자의 후손의 언약이다. 언약 되시는 그리스도를 붙잡게 되면 너희들이 산다는 말이다. 이상하지 않나. 전쟁이 나서 위급한 상황인데 너희들은 언약을 잡아라 라고 말씀 하시는것이다. 사람들이 도무지 이해 할수 없는 말을 하시는것이다. 그것이 바로 해답이다 라고 하나님이 말씀 하시는것이다. 굉장히 중요한 말씀이다. 너희들이 언약속에만 있으면 그리스도가 모든문제 해결할것이다 라는것을 말씀하시는것이다. 거절하게 되면 17절 마지막에, “우박이 거짓의 피난처를 소탕하며 물이 그 숨는 곳에 넘칠 것인즉” 이런일을 당하게 된다 라는 말 이다. 전쟁은 애굽이 도와줘서 승리하는게 아니라 언약 안으로 들어오게 될때 안전하게 될것이다 말씀 하시는것이다. 21절, “대저 여호와께서 브라심 산에서와 같이 일어나시며 기브온 골짜기에서와 같이 진노하사 자기의 일을 행하시리니 그의 일이 비상할 것이며 자기의 사역을 이루시리니 그의 사역이 기이할 것임이라.” 하나님께서는 옛날에 다윗을 통해 전쟁하시던 모습, 여호수아 통해 행하신 기적 통해서 이들에게 깨닫게 하시려는것이다. 다윗이 블레셋과 싸워 승리하지 않았느냐, 그것또한 내가 한것이다 그가 나를 믿어서 승리한것이다 라고 하시는 말씀이다. 또 여호와가 기브온 전쟁에서 해와 달을 멈추게헤 아말렉을 멸망시킨 사실을 말씀하시며 그것 또한 내가 한 일이다 말씀하시는것이다. 전쟁의 성패는 군대에 있는것이 아니라 바로 내 손에있다 라고 말씀 하시는것이다. 내 언약 안에 있으면 내가 승리하게 하겠다 하시는것이다. 22절, “그러므로 너희는 오만한 자가 되지 말라 너희 결박이 단단해질까 하노라 대저 온 땅을 멸망시키기로 작정하신 것을 내가 만군의 주 여호와께로부터 들었느니라”. 계속 그렇게 돌아오지 않게되면 결박이 더욱 단단해 진다 라고 하시는것이다. 그러니까 하나님께서 뭐라고 하시나. 제발 다시 돌아와라 하시는것이다. 하나님이 여기서 끝내지 않으신다.
3. 하나님의 안타까운 마음 God's heartache
1) 하나님의 지혜를 알리심 Making God's wisdom known
사 Isaiah 28:23-29
23-24말씀 보면 어리석은 백성들에게 농사짓는 법을 깨닫게 하시는 모습도 나온다. 25-26에는 농부들이 씨 뿌릴때 아무데나 뿌리지 않고 정한곳에 뿌리지 않느냐 하신다. 그것또한 내가 가르친것이다. 27-28에 타작할때 농부들이 하는 일을 또 언급하신다. 가벼운 곡식은 깨지지 않도록 막대기로 타작해서 분리하고 껍데기가 딱딱한것은 수레에 굴려 분리한다. 29절에 나온다, “이도 만군의 여호와께로부터 난 것이라 그의 경영은 기묘하며 지혜는 광대하니라.” 너희들이 먹고 사는것 또한 하나님인 내가 주는 지혜 덕분이다 라고 말씀 하시는것이다. 너희들이 문제 해결할때 너희 지혜로 하지 말고 나에게 찾아오라 말씀하시는것이다. 어떤 문제이든 사람을 의지 하지 말고 나에게 찾아오라 그러면 내가 해결해 주겠다 하시는 말씀이다. 왜냐, 모든 지혜는 나로부터 나오기 때문에. 오직 그리스도로만 우리가 응답을 받게 될줄을 믿는다. 이번에 우리에게 주신 말씀 망대의 축복을 우리가 잡아야겠다.

간단하게 성경구절 세개로 말씀 요약을 했다. 롬12:1, “그러므로 형제들아 내가 하나님의 모든 자비하심으로 너희를 권하노니 너희 몸을 하나님이 기뻐하시는 거룩한 산 제물로 드리라 이는 너희가 드릴 영적 예배니라.” 지금 우리가 본문에서 봤듯이, 우리가 축복 받는 순간은 스스로를 완전히 버릴때 이다. 이때에 천지개벽의 역사가 일어나게 된다 라고 말씀 하신다. 나를 그냥 버리는것이 아니라 나를 하나님께 기뻐하시는 산제물로 바칠때 천지개벽의 역사가 임하게 하실것이다. 이때에 하나님께서 요셉처럼 우리를 플렛폼의 축복 속으로 넣으시고 사용하실것이다. 두번째 창28:15, “내가 너와 함께 있어 네가 어디로 가든지 너를 지키며 너를 이끌어 이 땅으로 돌아오게 할지라 내가 네게 허락한것을 다 이루기까지 너를 떠나지 아니하리라 하신지라.” 우리 하나님께서는 우리를 향한 완벽한 계획을 가지고 계신다. 이것을 이루실때까지 절대 떠나지 않으신다. 3-9-3 보좌의 축복만 누리고있으면 된다. 그렇게 될때 망대의 축복 주실줄 믿는다. 세번째, 막 16:19-20, “주 예수께서 말씀을 마치신 후에 하늘로 올리우사 하나님 우편에 앉으시니라. 20 제자들이 나가 두루 전파할쌔 주께서 함께 역사하사 그 따르는 표적으로 말씀을 확실히 증거하시니라.” 우리가 보좌의 축복 누리며 기도하게 될때 시공간의 축복이 틀림없이 일어날줄 믿는다. 요셉처럼 세상 살리는 안테나의 축복 받을줄 믿는다.

마 Matthew 26:40
말씀 맺겠다. 마 26:40, “제자들에게 오사 그 자는 것을 보시고 베드로에게 말씀하시되 너희가 나와 함께 한 시간도 이렇게 깨어 있을 수 없더냐.” 주님께서는 우리가 기도 하시기를 원하신다. 제목과 마찬가지로 기도의 망대를 세워야겠다. 그래서 정말로 그냥 한번으로 끝나는 메시지가 아닌 나에게 성취될 언약의 말씀으로 잡아야겠다. 틀림없이 우리에게 주신 언약의 말씀 이기 때문에 40일 집중 기도 통해 은혜와 충만함을 체험하는 시간이 될줄을 확실히 믿는다.
Woe to Drunkards (Isaiah 28:1-29)

“1 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, Whose glorious beauty is a fading flower Which is at the head of the verdant valleys, To those who are overcome with wine! 2 Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one, Like a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, Like a flood of mighty waters overflowing, Who will bring them down to the earth with His hand. 3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, Will be trampled underfoot; 4 And the glorious beauty is a fading flower Which is at the head of the verdant valley, Like the first fruit before the summer, Which an observer sees; He eats it up while it is still in his hand. 5 In that day the Lord of hosts will be For a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty To the remnant of His people, 6 For a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, And for strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate. 7 But they also have erred through wine, And through intoxicating drink are out of the way; The priest and the prophet have erred through intoxicating drink, They are swallowed up by wine, They are out of the way through intoxicating drink; They err in vision, they stumble in judgment. 8 For all tables are full of vomit and filth; No place is clean. 9 'Whom will he teach knowledge? And whom will he make to understand the message? Those just weaned from milk? Does he keep turning his soil and breaking the clods? 25 When he has leveled its surface, Does he not sow the black cummin And scatter the cummin, Plant the wheat in rows, The barley in the appointed place, And the spelt in its place? 26 For He instructs him in right judgment, His God teaches him. 27 For the black cummin is not threshed with a threshing sledge, Nor is a cartwheel rolled over the cummin; But the black cummin is beaten out with a stick, And the cummin with a rod. 28 Bread flour must be ground; Therefore he does not thresh it forever, Break it with his cartwheel, Or crush it with his horsemen. 29 This also comes from the Lord of hosts, Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance.”
Introduction
This week we had the Remnant Conference in America (RCA) and I received a lot of grace from the messages. They were very important messages for me as well. The message was talking about how we need to build the watchtower of prayer. What does this mean? It is to see and build something that is not visible. What is not visible to our eyes? It is talking about building our spiritual strength. We need to build our spiritual strength and enjoy the spiritual summit. This message has been granted to us and I believe that this message will be fulfilled within our church. Then, how can we enjoy the spiritual summit? The example was the worship of Joseph. Joseph held onto God’s covenant and I am sure he heard the gospel from his parents. Maybe his father encouraged him to keep his faith and spoke about the Creator God as well as the creation of mankind to Joseph. Joseph heard the gospel and was able to experience the living God, and be able to maintain his deep relationship with God. What was the evidence of this? God showed Joseph a covenant. What was that covenant and plan? The sun and moons bowed down to him and Joseph dreamed of this. Joseph was shown the plan of God which meant that he entered the state of spiritual summit. No one can block those who have the plan of God. I believe we are within God’s plan. Joseph who was within God’s plan, nothing posed a problem for him even when he was in prison or in slavery. The most important for him was to hold onto the gospel and enjoy it, and he was able to stand in the place of the spiritual summit. When we receive God’s word and just listen to it, then it just ends there for you but if we take God’s word as your covenant then it becomes your covenant. When I held onto the message and relayed it to you, I prayed that the word of God may be the word that our remnant and church members can hold onto as God’s word. Jesus spoke about the kingdom of God for 40 days and we have continued to speak about concentration prayer for 40 days. I pray that we can have the blessed time to pray in concentration for 40 days. With the word of God from the headquarters messages, pulpit message, and 393 covenant, we need to hold onto these things and enter into prayer. When we concentrate with the word of God then God will allow us to enter into the blessing of the spiritual summit and receive the same blessings of Joseph. When we continue to concentrate inside of the gospel then we can find the skill and talent that God has given to us. When Joseph heard the gospel, he continued to hold onto and stayed within God’s plan. When he did this and continued this, he found his talent and skills. His talent and skills were discovered and he entered into concentration prayer with that. The Early Church entered into concentration prayer and they received the power of the Holy Spirit in Mark’s upper room. The power of discovering God’s talent will come upon us. At that time, Joseph, who had no hope in prison, was able to receive the golden opportunity to meet Pharaoh. He entered full heartedly into God’s given talent. Students go to school and study hard to discover their talent and skill set. God has given you your workplace and occupation so you try your best with that given field. You are going all in within your workplace and talent. This is God’s desire. This is what Joseph did and he was able to come to the conclusion of Genesis 41:38 “And Pharaoh said to his servants, 'Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?' ”. It was all part of God’s plan to appoint Joseph as the governor so that Joseph could save the world and the culture. It was all part of God’s plan to break down idols and the culture of darkness. We need to enjoy the blessings that Joseph received. When we do that, then we can receive the blessing of the light to save the world. To be inside of God’s plan like Joseph, that is the greatest blessing. Enjoy this. For 40 days, may we receive great blessing and stand in the place of the spiritual summit. We can see God’s great love within today’s biblical passage. Last week I told you that the book of Isaiah speaks about the revelations of Isaiah. Today’s Biblical passage, it speaks about the psalms of woes and blessings.
1. Warnings against North Israel
1) The crown of drunkards
Verses 1-4 - Why does God start the Scriptures with “woes?” It is showing the heart of pity of God. God was pleading to them to come to their senses. If we misinterpret the Bible, we may think that God’s word is scary and God is a scary God, and God is trying to punish us when we see the word, “Woe.” But God was pleading to them to come back to God and to not go towards the path of destruction. Ephraim was the Northern Israel and it is speaking about what caused the destruction of Northern Israel. God was saying that they were drunk and the whole nation was drunk. They served so much idols that they were deviating like they were drunk.
Verse 4 - They were so drunk and were deviating that they were acting like they were a fading flower. This means that they were dying and withering away. What kind of state was the flower in? They say a fig is most delicious before it ripens. This is talking about the best time to fall into destruction is before they are “ripened.” They were being destroyed by God. They were being destroyed because they were so drunk with idol worship. Being eaten up means Northern Israel being destroyed by Assyria. God used Assyria to destroy Northern Israel. Northern Israel was completely destroyed in 721 B.C.
2) The crown of glory
Verses 5-6 - They were still remnants left even though they were destroyed. They will wear the glorious crowns. Who were the remnants?
Isaiah 26:3, 4, 7 “You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. 4 Trust in the Lord forever, For in Yah, the Lord, is everlasting strength. 7 The way of the just is uprightness; O Most Upright, You weigh the path of the just.” - Even though the whole world was in chaos and destruction when it was destroyed by Assyria, these remnants were still looking up to God. They continued to serve God and held onto God’s covenant till the end. Imagine how happy God was when He saw this. This was because the whole world and nation was in corruption but there were still those who were within God’s covenant; and those were the remnants.
Verse 6 - God promised to pour down His judgment upon the enemy and to give them strength to win the battles. I believe we will also receive the power of the glorious crown.
2. Warnings against South Judah
1) The drunken state of Judah
Verses 7-13 - Israel was worshiping idols and were in destruction but the neighboring nations were doing the same thing. But they were in a worse state. The Northern Israel was in a drunken state and they were deviating in their ways. When you do a field sobriety test in front of a police officer, he makes you walk in a straight line but if you are drunk, you start deviating as you attempt to walk in a straight line. All of the priests and religious leaders were deviating and walking as if they were drunk at that time. They were giving wrong prophecies and questionable judgments because of that.
Verse 8 - The synagogues and places of worship were filled with filth and vomit as a result. They were in a drunken state so they were not in their right minds so everyone was becoming ignorant and arrogant. But Isaiah continued to give them many warnings and told them to come back to their senses.
Verse 9 - Their response is seen within this verse. When they heard Isaiah’s warnings, they asked Isaiah who he thought he was and told them to stop giving them warnings. They told Isaiah to stop giving them warnings but to keep warnings to the babies who were breastfeeding. This was their way of mocking and criticizing Isaiah.
Verse 10 - This means that when you are teaching a young child, you have to keep giving repetitive words and commands. If a child misbehaves, you have to teach them repetitively to not do something. If a child can’t walk, you have to help them walk little by little. The warnings of Isaiah were seen with mockery in front of the Israelites. This did not make any sense to the Israelites what Isaiah was telling them. Isaiah was telling them Israel will face destruction but Israel was saying that God will not destroy Israel, the chosen people of God.
We can see God’s response in verse 13 - God was telling them that He will punish and destroy Israel little by little just like how the Israelites mocked Isaiah and God’s warning.
2) Warnings against the drunken Judah
Verses 14-18, 21-22 - God was telling them to listen to Him.
Verse 15 - The Israelites were saying that they have nothing to do with death and grave sites because they have made an alliance with Egypt so they will not be destroyed.
God who heard this, God responded in verse 18 - God said that Egypt will not save them no matter what. God was telling them this but if we keep listening to God’s word, God is trying to give them the message to return back to God. This is what we must hold onto. When we go towards a deviated way, God is constantly trying to help us to go back towards the right path. We have to see things spiritually and hold onto God’s covenant. God helps us to have realizations within our daily lives.
Verse 16 - This is an astounding message. God was giving them a message to live. God was telling to hold onto the stone, a proven and precious stone. This is talking about God’s covenant. A foundation stone, which is talking about Jesus Chirst. If we hold onto the covenant of Jesus Christ, then we will receive peace and victory.
God gave an astounding message in verse 17 - We can see God’s standard here. This is talking about God’s covenant. All bases of standards are within God’s covenant. The covenant of all covenants is the promised covenant of the offspring of the woman. This means if we just hold onto Christ then we will live. This is interesting. They were in a dire state where they were about to die on the battlefield but God was telling them to hold onto the covenant. It made no sense to the Israelites. God was telling them this is the answer. This is so important. If we are within God’s covenant, then we can hold onto that Jesus is the answer to all problems. They will not receive victory by getting help from Egypt but they will live if they hold onto God’s covenant.
Verse 21 - God was speaking about the miracle that happened with David when he was victorious against the Philistines. God was saying that David was victorious not with his own strength but it was God who won the war. God who stopped the sun and moon while Joshua was fighting against the Amorites; it was God who won the battle. It was all God. This was all within God’s hands. If we hold onto God’s covenant, God will win the war for them.
Verse 22 - If you don’t return back to God, then you will become more ignorant and arrogant. That was why God was pleading them to return back to Him.
3. God's Heartache
1) Making God's wisdom known
Verses 23-29 - When you spread the seeds, you don’t just spread the seeds randomly but you need to put them in their right places. God was saying that He is doing this with them. You would break the grains with a small, light stick but hard grains, you would use stronger equipment.
Verse 29 - God gives us wisdom so that we can survive and live. This was what God was telling them. When we solve problems, don’s seek wisdom and advice elsewhere but seek it from God. Don’t rely on other people but come to God. Because all wisdom and knowledge comes from God. May we receive answers from God.
2) Build your own towe
Romans 12:1 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.” - We receive blessings when we discard ourselves. The work of recreation will take place and we will become a living sacrifice before God when we do this. God will use us as a platform for the world.
Genesis 28:15 “Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” - God has a perfect plan for us and God promised that He will not leave us until He fulfills His perfect plan. We just need to enjoy the 393 and when we do this, then God will give us heavenly blessings.
Mark 16:19-20 “After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and He sat at the right hand of God. 20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed His Word by the signs that accompanied it.” - When we hold onto the heavenly throne and enter into prayer, and have enjoyment then we can transcend time and space. We can become the spiritual antenna to save the world like Isaiah.
Conclusion
Matthew 26:40 “Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, 'What! Could you not watch with Me one hour?' ” - God wants us to pray. We must build the watchtower of prayer so that the message of God will not be a one-time message but be a message of God where we can continuously hold onto and receive answers from. May this be a time of concentration where we can receive tremendous answers and power.
