“성삼위 하나님의 구원방법"

“하나님의 말씀을 너희에게 이르고 너희를 인도하던 자들을 생각하며 저희 행실의 종말을 주의하여 보고 저희 믿음을 본받으라 예수 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 영원토록 동일하시니라 여러가지 다른 교훈에 끌리지 말라 마음은 은혜로써 굳게 함이 아름답고 식물로써 할 것이 아니니 식물로 말미암아 행한 자는 유익을 얻지 못하였느니라” (히브리서 13:7-9)
서론
영국에 여러 왕들 가운데 왕관을 쓰지 않고 지냈던 특별한 왕이 있었다. 그의 이름은 카누트 이며 1016년 부터 1035년 까지 영국의 왕으로 있었다. 그는 왕 이었음에도 불구하고 사람들이 자신을 지나치게 찬양 하는것을 싫어했다. 그래서 어느날 신하들에게 자신의 왕좌를 해변으로 옮겨놓아라 명령했다. 바닷가에 왕좌를 옮겨놓고 지평선을 바라보았다. 마침 밀물이 몰려오는 때였다. 물이 밀려오는 바다를 바라보며 바다에게 왕은 계속적으로 바다야, 멈추어라, 내가 왕이다 라고 외쳤다고 한다. 그런데 아무리 외쳐도 들어오는 밀물은 멈추지 않더니 끝내 그 물이 자신의 왕좌가 있는 곳까지 미쳤다고 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 계속 바다에게 멈추라고 명령했다. 여지 없이 물이 차더니 보좌에 앉아있던 왕이 보좌 에서 떨어졌다. 그때 카누트 왕이 신하들에게 말했다고 한다, “너희 모두가 똑똑히 보았느냐, 나는 아무것도 아니다. 내가 가진 권력은 너무나 별거 없는것이다. 우주를 다스리는 권능은 오직 하나님께만 있다. 우리가 의지할 분은 오직 하나님 뿐 이시다!” 라고 선포 했다고 한다. 그 이후로 그 왕은 왕관을 벗어서 왕궁에 십자가에 달리신 예수님 상에 걸었다고 한다. 예수님이 왕 이십니다 하면서 그 후로 자기는 왕관을 쓰지 않았다고 한다. 그걸 보면서 정말 하나님을 믿는 왕 이었구나, 하나님 앞에 정말로 겸손한 왕이구나 생각했다. 그렇다, 우리가 찬양을 드릴 분은 오직 성삼위 하나님 되심을 붙잡으시라. 왜냐하면 이 성삼위 하나님께서 우리를 구원 하셨기 때문이다. 그런의미에서 오늘 말씀은 대단히 중요하다. 성삼위 하나님이 우리를 구원하셨는데 그 방법이 오늘 성경에 나와있다. 그 방법을 한가지 한가지 다시 보면서 하나님께 감사하며 영광돌리는 삶을 살아야겠다.
1. 성부 하나님의 구원방법 God the Father's Method of Salvation
1) 하나님의 사역원리 The principle of God's ministry

먼저 성부 하나님께서 구원하시는 방법을 우리가 성경을 통해 보아야겠다. 오늘 7절 말씀에 나와있다, “하나님의 말씀을 너희에게 일러주고 너희를 인도하던 자들을 생각하며" 이것은 하나님의 구원 사역의 원리를 말하는것이다. 하나님은 사람을 구원하실때 천사를 사용하지 아니하시고 반드시 사람을 통해서 구원 하신다는 사실이다. 복음을 전하실때도 천사가 복음을 전하는것이 아니라 사람이 전하도록 하나님께서 정하셨다는 말이다. 그런데 우리 구원이라는것은 하나님께서 사람을 사용하셔서 구원을 이루신다. 그래서 예수님도 인간의 몸을 입고 오신 이유가, 사람이 되어서 우리를 구원하시기 위해서이다. 그래서 히브리서 2:14 보면, “자녀들은 혈과 육에 속하였으매 그도 또한 같은 모양으로 혈과 육을 함께 지니심은" 하나님의 구원의 원리 이니까. 그런데 여기서 또 중요한것 잡아야겠다. 하나님께서 많은 사람들을 당신의 일꾼으로 사용하신다. 그런데 그 일꾼을 세울때도 사람을 사용하신다는 사실이다. 먼저 사람을 부르시고 그 사람을 사용하면서 쓰시는 일꾼으로 세우시는것을 볼수가 있다. 그래서 성경에 믿음의 영웅들 보면 반드시 하나님의 사람이 그 뒤에 있었던것을 볼수가 있다. 그 뒤에 스승이 있어 그를 양육 한것을 볼수가 있다. 잘 알다시피 모세가 있기 전에 요게벳이 있어 그가 그렇게 큰 일을 할수 있었다. 사무엘도 엄마 한나의 믿음을 보고 그렇게 클수가 있었다. 사도바울도 사실은 모든것은 뒤에 가말리엘 이라는 사람을 하나님께서 사용한것을 볼수가 있다. 이것은 대단히 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 여러분들이 지금 여기 앉아있는 사실도 하나님께서 당신의 사람을 사용하셔서 있게 하신것이다. 여러분들을 하나님께서 일꾼으로 쓰시기 위해 뒤에 배경에서 사용하시는것을 알수있다. 제가 전하는 말씀도 저를 사용해서 여러분들을 굳건히 하나님 일에 쓰임받는 일꾼으로 사용하시기 위해서다. 목사인 저도 그 일에 사용될 뿐이다. 그러면 여기서 우리가 잡을것은, 하나님께서 먼저 보내신 사람과 일꾼을 어떤식으로 양육시키시는가 이다.
2) 일꾼을 양육하는 내용 Content to nurture workers
갈 Galatians 6:6-7
오늘 말씀 보게되면 그 양육 하시는 내용이 나온다, “너희를 인도 하던 자들을 생각하며". 말로는 생각 하라고 했지만 영어로 remember 이라고 했다, 기억 하라는 말이다. 하나님 말씀을 가르쳐준 그 지도자를 기억하라는 말이다. 모세가 애굽 왕국에 있을때 병사를 죽이는 사건이 일어난다. 그래서 미디안 광야로 도망쳐 나온다. 그 원인이 바로 뭔가. 어머니가 전해준 말씀을 기억하고 믿음으로 간직하고 있었기 때문이다. 그래서 자기에게 말씀을 가르쳐준 사람과 그 말씀을 기억 하라는거다. “그들의 행실의 결말을 주의하여 보고" 그 사람들이 어떻게 살고 있는지, 그들의 결말이 어찌 되었는지 잘 보라는거다. 엘리사는 스승 엘리야의 모든 행적, 바알신과 아세라신 선지자들과 싸웠던 일을 안 사람이다. 그리고 엘리사는 그렇게 하나님 영광만을 위해 산 스승 엘리야가 죽음을 보지 않고 승천한 결말을 현장에서 본 사람이다. 그래서 엘리야는 두려움에 떨고도 했는데, 엘리사는 절대로 두려움 가지지 않았다. 내 스승 엘리야 께서 죽음을 보지도 않고 하늘로 승천 했는데 내가 두려울게 뭔가 생각한거다. 그렇게 믿음을 바라보며 담대하게 산것을 볼수가 있다. 오늘 성경 말씀에 보면 “저희 믿음을 본받으라" 라고 되어있다. 하나님께서 지도자를 붙이시고 그것을 통해 나를 사용 하시려는 모든 계획을 보게 되면 나에게 붙이신 지도자를 본받고 싶어진다. 여러분, 다윗을 보면 사무엘이 가진 믿음, 그가 언약궤 아래에서 자며 그것을 사모했던 믿음을 알고 있었음을 볼수가 있다. 그래서 다윗도 언약궤를 얼마나 사랑했던지, 나중에 왕궁에 언약궤가 들어온다 했을때 기뻐서 주체를 하지 못했다. 언약궤를 위해 성전을 지어야겠다 까지 생각했다. 그것이 바로 사무엘의 믿음을 본받은것이다. 그래서 갈라디아서 6:6–7말씀 보게 되면, “가르침을 받는 자는 말씀을 가르치는 자와 좋은것을 함께하라" 라고 나와있다. 이것은 대단히 중요한 말씀이다. 지금 우리는 같이 말씀을 받고있고 저 또한 하나님 주신 말씀을 가지고 받으면서 예배 끝나면 포럼을 통해 말씀을 나눈다. 이것이 너무나 중요하다. 좋은것을 함께 나누라는거다. 하나님께서 강단을 통해 우리 교회에게 축복하신 말씀을 너희가 나누고 너희 것으로 삼으라는 말이다. 그렇게 힘을 얻고 이를 통해 우리에게 허락해 주신 우리 자녀들을 말씀으로 양육 해야하는것이다. 항상 사람들은 보는대로 본받게 되어있다. 우리 자녀들은 내 신앙과 믿음 그대로 본받으면서 살게 되어있다. 내가 정말 생명 걸고 주님 영광 위해서 사는지 아닌지 우리 자녀들은 잘 안다. 여러분 이웃도 여러분의 모습 보고있다. 아, 저 사람은 어려움이 와도 불구하고 그리스도를 바라보면서 살다가 결국에는 그 문제도 다 해결이 되었구나, 이렇게 다 보고있다. 이 증인되는 여러분 되시기를 예수 그리스도 이름으로 축원한다.
2. 성자 예수님의 구원방법 God the Son's Method of Salvation
1) 영원히 동일한 구원의 원리 The everlasting principle of salvation

두번째 잡을것은 성자 예수님의 구원 방법이 또 있다. 8절에 나와있다, “예수 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 영원토록 동일하시니라". 이 말은 예수님의 구원방법은 영원토록 어제나 오늘이나 동일하다는 말과도 같다. 예수님은 그리스도시다. 요한복음 14:6, “예수께서 이르시되 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니 나로 말미암지 않고는 아버지께로 올 자가 없느니라”. 이것은 무엇을 말씀하나, 예수님께서 길 되시는것은 영원 하다는것을 나타낸다. 창세전이든 지금이든 언제든지 하나님 만나는 길은 예수님 밖에 없다는것을 나타낸다. 엡 1:4 말씀 보게 되면, 영세전서 부터 그리스도 안에 있는 자가 이 축복 누릴것 이라고 나와있다. 우리가 붙잡을 것은 예수님은 우리의 영원한 선지자 되신다는 사실이다. 이것만 잡으면 나는 아버지를 만날수 있다 확신 가지시기를 바란다.
두번째는 히브리서 7:24-25 말씀이다, 예수는 영원히 계심으로 그 제사장 직분도 갈리지 아니함이라. 우리의 죄 문제 해결하신 제사장 직분도 예수님께선 영원하게 하고 계시다는 말씀이다. 그러므로 자기를 힘입어 하나님께 나아가는 자들은 온전히 구원하실수 있다는 말이다. 예수님 오시기 이전에 믿었던 사람, 지금 믿는 사람 누구든지 예수님께 나아가는 모든 자들은 죄를 사함 받을수 있는 축복이 있다는것 이다.
그리고 또 분명히 나와있다, “그는 항상 살아계셔서 그들을 위하여 간구하심이라.” 너무나 잘 알다시피 지금도 우리 예수님께서 우리를 위해 간구하고 계신다. 우리의 연약함, 실수 까지 다 간구 하시고 변호사가 되어 주시고 지켜 주신다는 말이다. 우리가 살다가 가끔 죄를 질수도 있다. 그때 이 말씀 잡으시기를 바란다. 예수님은 영원한 참 제사장 되신다. 그럼으로 주님 앞에 나가면 죄를 사함 받는다. 뿐만 아니라 누가복음 1:33에 보면, “영원히 야곱의 집을 왕으로 다스릴것 이며 그 나라가 무궁 하리로다". 예수님은 영원한 하나님 나라의 통치자 되시며 왕 되신다는것을 나타내는것이다. 계1:18 말씀 보면, “곧 살아있는 자라 내가 전에 죽었었노라 볼지어다 이제 세세토록 살아있어 사망과 음부의 열쇠를 가졌다" 라고 되어있다. 이것은 예수님께서 직접 하신 말씀이다. 천국, 하나님 보좌에서 직접 하신 말씀이다. 내가 살아있다. 내가 전에 죽었었다, 내가 사망과 음부의 열쇠를 가졌다 천국에서 하신 말씀을 사도요한이 보고 기록 한것이다. 지금도 예수님은 우리의 삶과 죽음을 주관하시는 분이다. 이 세상 그 다른 누구도 우리의 삶과 죽음을 주관할수 없다. 그런데 지금도 예수님께선 우리의 삶과 죽음을 주관하시는 왕이 되신다. 그러므로 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 내일도 항상 우리의 선지자, 제사장, 왕 되신 분이시다. 그러므로 우리가 주님께 나아갈때 완벽하게 우리를 인도하고 지키시고 우리의 문제 해결해 주신다. 제가 여러분들을 위로 하려고 그냥 하는 말씀이 아니다. 주님께서 그리스도시니 직접 이 일을 하고 계시다는 사실 아셔야한다. 믿으시기를 바란다.
2) 영원히 동일한 믿음의 원리 The everlasting principle of faith

그리스도는 영원히 동일한 믿음의 원리를 가지고 계신다. 야고보서 1:17 말씀에 “그는 변함도 없으시고 회전하는 그림자도 없으시니라" 라고 나와있다. 변치 않는 태양도 저녁에 지고 어둠이 오게 된다. 그리고 태양이 움직일때마다 그림자가 생긴다. 그런데 하나님은 그것 조차도 없으신 분이다. 영원히 변치 않는 유일한 분이다. 무엇이 말씀하나, 그가 하신 약속의 말씀은 변치 않고 이루어질것이라는 사실이다. 그 약속이 뭔가 붙잡아야겠다. 많이 있지만 세가지만 붙잡으라. 요한복음 1:12, “영접하는 자 곧 그 이름을 믿는 자들에게는 하나님의 자녀가 되는 권세를 주셨으니". 하나님 자녀의 권세가 뭔지 잘 모르시나. 하루에 어마어마한 보좌의 축복을 다 누릴수 있는 권세가 나에게 있다는것 이다. 그게 바로 천국 열쇠를 받은거다. 그 권세가 내것이 되는것이다. 로마서 8:1-2, “그러므로 이제 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니 이는 그리스도 예수 안에있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방 하였음이라". 하나님의 자녀 된 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없다고 했다. 절대로 지옥 가지 않고 영원한 천국에 간다. 왜냐, 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방했기 때문이다. 우리가 잘못하고 죄를 지면 어떻게 되나, 그것을 놓고 하나님 앞에 나와 겸손하게 회개하면 주께서 깨끗히 씻어주신다. 눅 10:19 말씀이다, “내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 능력을 제어할 권능을 주었으니 너희를 해칠자가 결코 없으리라". 여러분, 우리는 이미 하늘로 부터 어마어마한 권세를 부여 받았다. 보좌의 능력을 누리시기를 바란다. 여기서 중요한것은 이 모든것을 내 힘으로 하는것이 아니다. 예수 그리스도의 능력으로 이 모든것을 누릴수 있는 축복이 자녀된 우리에게 주어진것이다. 그러므로 우리는 예수 이름을 가지고 붙잡게 되면 보좌의 능력을 완벽하게 누릴수 있는 축복이 있다. 이 축복 이미 가지고 있고 누리고 있으신줄 믿는다.
3. 성령 하나님의 구원방법 God the Spirit's Method of Salvation
1) 성령의 인도 The guidance of the Holy Spirit

그렇다면 세번째 이다. 성령 하나님의 구원의 원리가 있다. 첫번째는 9절 말씀이다, “여러가지 다른 교훈에 끌리지 말라" 라고 나와있다. 본문 말씀에 중요한 부분이, 율법에 규정된 먹는것에 대한 갈등이 당시에 있었다고 나와있다. 그런데 예수님께서 말씀 하시기를 막 7:19 보게 되면, 이러므로 모든 음식은 깨끗하다 라고 이미 선포 하셨다. 구약 시대에는 먹지 말아야 할 음식이 너무 많았다. 그런데 예수님께서 십자가에서 못박혀 돌아가시며 깨끗하다고 선포 하신것이다. 예를 들면 구약시대에는 돼지고기 못 먹었다. 지금은 얼마나 맛있게 먹는지 모른다. 예수님께서 십자가에 못박혀 돌아가시고 생긴 변화이다. 완전히 해방 된것이다. 그래서 본문에 마음으로서 은혜로서 굳게 하라고 나와있다. 주님께서 십자가에서 해결하신 그 은혜 생각 하면서 우리에게 주신 힘과 권세 맘껏 누리며 살라는것이다. 그렇다면 우리가 해야 할것이 뭔가. 시편 1:2, “오직 여호와의 율법을 즐거워 하여 그의 율법을 주야로 묵상하는 자로다". 주님께서 주신 강단 말씀 붙들고 즐거워 하며 주야로 묵상 하시기를 바란다. 같이 이렇게 포럼하며 말씀 나누는 사람들 보면 영적으로 깊이 들어가는것이 보인다. 어떨때 보면 제가 깜짝 놀란다. 말씀을 계속 들으며서 포럼할때 말씀이 각인된다. 내 영혼 깊숙히 들어가 모든것이 청소가 되면서 새겨지는것이다. 그때 그 사람의 삶이 점점 천국으로 변화 되는것이다. 저는 말씀 들으면서 묵상하는 시간이 천국이구나 항상 느낀다. 새벽에 일어나 기도하기 시작하면 마음이 평안한게 이것이 천국 이구나 하는 마음이 든다. 그렇게 주님과 교제하며 기도한다. 얼마나 감사한지 모른다. 하나님과 깊은 교제 할수 있다. 이것 누리시기를 바란다, 이것은 말씀 통해서만 가능하다. 그렇게 되면 어떤 일이 생기나, 요한복음 14:26 을 체험하게 될것이다, “보혜사 곧 아버지께서 내 이름으로 보내실 성령 그가 너희에게 모든것을 가르치고 내가 너희에게 말한 모든것을 생각나게 하리라."
강단말씀 통해 주신 말씀이 생각 나면서 내 삶을 인도하는것을 볼수가 있다. 그렇게 영적 흐름이 발견되는것을 볼수가 있다. 하나님께서 우리 교회에게 계속 주시는 영적 흐름이 있다. 참 기가 막히게 이런 흐름을 주시는것을 느낀다. 지금 하나님께서 우리에게 보좌에 축복에 대한 말씀 주시고 있다. 보좌의 축복에 대해 묵상 하면서 얼마나 하나님과 깊은교제가 이뤄지는지 모른다. 우리가 말씀 가지고 깊이 묵상하며 삶과 죽음을 넘어 내게 그것이 아무런 문제가 되지 않고 내가 지금 죽어 주님 만나러 가도 좋고 그대로 있어도 좋고 이 정도가 된다. 진짜 깊은 교제로 들아가면 내가 지금 주님 만나도 좋고 있어도 좋고 이 정도가 된다.

왜 우리에게 여러분에게 이런 말씀 주시나. 하나님께서 여러분들을 저를 통해 이 세상을 치유하는데 쓰임받는 일꾼으로 쓰시기 위해서 이다. 보좌의 축복 놓고 계속 기도하시기를 바란다. 그러면 보좌의 축복에 대한 체험을 정말 할수 있을것이다. 그러면 어떤 현상이 나타나나, 요엘서 2:30 말씀이다, “내가 이적을 하늘과 당에 베풀리니 곧 피와 불과 연기 기둥이라". 하나님께서 우리 기도 통해 하늘과 땅에 이적을 베풀면 천지가 개벽할 일이 일어나는것이다. 완전히 바뀌는것이다. 뿐만 아니라 이사야 43:19 말씀이 성취될줄 믿는다, “보라 내가 새 일을 행하리니 이제 나타낼 것이라 너희가 그것을 알지 못하겠느냐 반드시 내가 광야에 길을 사막에 강을 내리니" 하셨다. 여태까지 일이 막히시고 답답한 일이 많으셨을거다. 언약 잡고 보좌의 축복 속으로 들어가시기를 바란다. 그 결단한 순간부터 하나님께서는 여러분의 인생에 새일을 행하시고 새 힘 주시는것을 볼수가 있을거다. 광야에 길을 내고 사막에 강을 내리시는 역사가 있을것이다. 인생을 새로 시작하는 축복을 받으시기를 바란다. 로마서 8:16 이다, “성령이 친히 우리의 영과 더불어 우리가 하나님의 자녀인 것을 증언하시나니" 이것은 우리가 일부로 하는것이 아니라 성령께서 친히 이런 증거를 보이시겠다 하는 말이다. 참되고 희망찬 미래가 여러분에게 나타날줄을 믿는다. 이 말씀을 제 말씀이 아닌 하나님의 말씀과 약속으로 받으시기를 바란다.
결론 Conclusion
살전 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
말씀 맺겠다. 우리가 붙잡을 데살로니가전서 5:16-18 이다, “항상 기뻐하라 쉬지말고 기도하라 범사에 감사하라 이것이 그리스도 예수 안에서 너희를 향하신 하나님의 뜻 이니라". 모든것 하나님께 다 맡기시라. 하나님께서 모든것 이미 보고 계신다. 어떻게 하시는지 보기만 하시라. 우리는 슬퍼하고 걱정할 자격이 없는 사람이다. 우리가 할것은 오직 항상 기뻐하고 쉬지말고 기도하며 범사에 감사하는것이다. 이것 누리는 여러분 되시기를 주의 이름으로 축원한다.

For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.”
Introduction
In England, there were numerous kings that reigned but there was a special king that did not wear a crown. This king’s name was King Canute the Great He reigned from the years of 1016 to 1035. Even though he was king, he hated that his subjects and people praised him too much. That is why one day, he commanded his subordinates to move his kingdom and throne to the beach. He moved his throne to the beach, he was looking at the waves and the beach. At that time, he saw how the low tides became high tides, and as he was looking at the waves, he shouted at the water. He shouted at the waves, “Stop water! I am king, stop water! Stop waves!” But no matter how many times he shouted at the water and waves, the water and waves kept moving and the waves kept rising. But the king kept shouting at the waves and water to stop rising. But the water kept rising and the waves kept moving so the king stopped. At that time, the king told his servants, “You all saw this too. I am nothing. The power that I possess is nothing. God is the one only who has the power to govern the universe so we must worship God alone.” From that point on, the king stopped wearing his crown and he placed his crown on the statue of Jesus. He proclaimed that Jesus Christ is the one and true king. When I saw this, I realized that this king truly believed in God. Before God, this king was truly humble. This is true and right. The one who we should praise and worship is the Creator God alone. This is because the Triune God saved us. From today’s Biblical scripture, it is very important. The Triune God saved us but the method that He saved us is shown in today’s main Biblical passage. From this method, we should give thanksgiving to God and live a life giving glory to God.
1. God the Father's Method of Salvation
1) The principle of God's ministry
Verse 7 - What does this mean? The principle of how God saved. When God saved mankind He didn’t use angels but it was promised that He will save mankind through a man. When we proclaim the gospel, God made it where the gospel isn't proclaimed through angels but through people. Salvation occurs through people. This was how God saved us, God used man to save mankind. Jesus Christ bore a human body when He saved mankind.
Hebrews 2:14 “Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil.” - This is because of the principle of salvation. There is something that we must hold onto from here. God uses people for His work but when God raises His workers, He also uses people to raise workers. He first calls them and uses them, and uses them to raise up more workers. When you look in the Bible, the famous people and heroes of faith, behind them, there was a worker and servant of God. Behind these heroes of faith, there were teachers and workers behind them. We know very well that Moses was used greatly by God because of his mother, Jochebed. Also Samuel, Samuel looked at his faith in his mother, Hannah and became a great worker of God. When you look at Paul, behind all of his great works were because of the influence of his teacher, Gamaliel. The fact that you are here, it is because God used people and workers around you to call you and allow you to be here today. God is raising you up as workers so that God can use you. The message and word of God that I am proclaiming to you now, God is using me as a worker to do that. As a pastor, I am in order to get to this point, I am just merely used by God. How does God call and raise up workers?
2) Content to nurture workers
If you look in today’s Biblical passage, “Remember those who rule over you…”. The key word here is, “Remember.” It means to remember the leader and pool who taught you. When Moses killed an Egyptian soldier, he had to flee Egypt. What was the reason for this? His mother, Jochebed, remembered the words and faith of his mother. He remembered the word of God that was spoken by his mother. It is saying to remember their actions and words wisely and carefully. Elisha watched the actions and faith of his teacher, Elijah during the war against idolatry. When he saw his teacher, he saw his teacher ascending to heaven without facing death. Elisha saw all of this. Even though Elijah was always in fear and running away but Elisha was never in fear and doubts. He saw his teacher ascending to heaven so he knew that there was nothing to fear because he will join his teacher one day. He looked towards this faith and went forward. If you look at today’s biblical passage, remember those whose faith follows. God attaches you to workers and when you look at how God does all of this, God is telling you to remember and watch your mentors and teachers carefully. If you look at David, he remembered and watched the faith and life that his teacher, Samuel lived and had. That is why David loved the ark of the covenant so much that when the ark returned back to his kingdom, he was so happy that he was dancing. That is why he decided to build a temple for the ark of the covenant. He was able to come to this conclusion because he remembered how much his teacher, Samuel, loved the covenant.
Galatians 6:6-7 “Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. 7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” - this is very important. After we listen to the message, we share forum with ht pulpit message. This is so important time. We are enjoying and share what is good. Through the pulpit message, the word that is blessing our church, we are sharing that during the time of forum. We should gain strength and nurture our remnants and children with the word of God. People always follow what they see. Our children will watch and see the way we live our walk of faith. If you stake your life for God’s glory and the work of Christ, our children will know very well. Also your neighbors and people will be watching you s well. When they watch you during a time of problems, they see how you overcome and solve them in the word of God, they will see that. May you stand as witnesses of Christ.
2. God the Son's Method of Salvation
1) The everlasting principle of salvation
Verse 8 - What does this mean? The method of salvation of Jesus Christ that Jesus is the Christ.
John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.' ” - What is this saying? Jesus said that He is the way, this means that His way is eternal. From the period of creation to now, the way to meet God is through Christ alone.
Ephesians 1:4 - From here, we should hold onto the fact that Jesus Christ is the eternal prophet who will show us the way to God alone. If we hold onto this, then we can have the assurance that we can meet God.
Hebrews 7:24-25 “But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” - Jesus Christ as the True Priest, He is the eternal priest who solved our sins. This means that whoever comes before Christ, they will be saved. Before Jesus came and after Jesus came, anyone who came before God, they can all be saved. It is absolutely said that Christ lives forever and always lives to make intercession for us. Even now, Jesus Chirst continues to make intercession for us. All of our weaknesses and mistakes, Jesus continues to make intercessions for us and stand as our eternal lawyer. When we live our lives, we may make mistakes but hold onto this word. Jesus Christ is our true and eternal priest. If we come before God, Jesus Crhist will forgive us and intercede for us.
Luke 1:33 “And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” - Jesus Christ the True King who governs all things.
Revelation 1:18 “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.” - Jesus Christ directly said this. This means that He said this when he was sitting on the heavenly then of god. He was saying that He is alive and He was dead but He resurrected back to life. Even now, Jesus Christ still holds onto the keys of life and death. No one can control life and death. Even though Jesus Christ still stands as the true king who holds the keys of life and death. This is what we are holding onto. That is why Jesus Chirst yesterday, today, and tomorrow, He is the same. If we just go before God, then God will guide us and solve our problems once and for all. I am not telling you just to comfort and encourage you. This is because Jesus is the Christ, and He directly said these words. Believe in this. There is something else that we must hold onto. Jesus Chirst as the everlasting principle of faith.
2) The everlasting principle of faith
James 1:17 “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” - The sun that seems powerful, when the sun sets, the light disappears. But Jesus Christ who is the True God, He never diapers and never changes. He stays eternal and forever. What does God say? He speaks of his promises and the promises that He says will be kept forever. What is that promise that God spoke about? He spoke about three promises.
The first promise is John 1:12 “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.” - You don't understand the authority and power of God. We have the authority and power to enjoy the heavenly throne of God. This means that we possess the key of heaven. This authority is yours.
Romans 8:1-2 “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. ” - Those who are children of God, they will be freed from the law of sin and death. We will not go to hell but we will go to eternal heaven. This is because we have been freed from the law of sin and death through the law of Spirit of Christ. What happens if we sin? If we humbly repent before God, God will completely cleanse and forgive you.
Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” - We have already received the authority of heaven. May we enjoy the blessing of the heavenly throne. What is important is that we don't do this with our own power. We can enjoy all of this with the power of Christ. If we hold onto the name of Christ, then we can completely enjoy the blessing of the heavenly throne of God. We already possess this blessing and already enjoying this.
3. God the Spirit's Method of Salvation
1) The guidance of the Holy Spirit
Verse 9 - The legalism regarding food is spoken about here.
Jesus said in Mark 7:19 “Because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?” - Jesus proclaimed that food is now clean. In the Old Testament, there were a lot of foods that they were restricted against. But through the death and resurrection of Christ, the foods have become cloned. In the Old Testament, they couldn’t eat pork but now we can enjoy and eat pork. This is all because Jesus Christ died on the cross and resurrection. We have been freed from these laws regarding food. Thinking about the grace of Christ on the cross, we can enjoy the power and authority that we have been given as children of god. But what must we do now?
Psalm 1:2 “But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.” - the word that God gives to us, the pulpit message, we must hold onto it and enjoy it, and meditate on it preciously. As you have forum with people around you, I think this shows that you are entering the word deeply spiritually. I am so surprised as you give worship because as you have forum, you are imprinting the word into your heart and minds. When we imprint the word into us, the word cleans us. That change will eventually change your life to heaven. When I meditate on the word of God, I realized that the time of meditation feels like heaven. When I wake up in the morning and start my morning prayer, I feel so much peace and feel like this is what heaven feels like. I am so thankful. Having a deep relationship with God, may you enjoy this. This happens through the word of God.
Then you can experience John 14:26 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” - As you remember the word of God and the pulpit, you can experience God guiding you. You can see the spiritual flow. The word that God gives to our church, that is the spiritual flow within our church. This is an accurate flow that God permits within our church. The message that God has given to us continuously is regarding the heavenly throne. If we think about the heavenly throne of God, we can form a deep relationship with God. When we have deep meditation on God’s word, it doesn’t matter if death comes to us or not. Why did God give us this word? Through you and us, God wants us to use us to save the world. Pray always for the enjoyment of the heavenly throne. Then, we can heal others with the heavenly throne. Then, what happens?
2) Experiencing the blessing of the Throne
We can enjoy the fulfillment of Joel 2:30 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.” - Through our prayers, God said that He will show wonders in heavens and earth. Everything will change completely.
This message will also be fulfilled in our life of Isaiah 43:19 “Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” - Until now, there were many frustrating things and problems that came upon us. Hold onto God’s covenant and enjoy the heavenly throne. Through your problems and conflicts, God is allowing the work of the new beginning to happen in your life. He is paving the way through the wilderness and roads in the desert. May you have a new start in your life today.
Romans 8:16 “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” - This is not something that we are doing but the Holy Spirit will show us evidence. The future of hope and accurate answers will come to us. Don’t take this word as my word but take it as God’s word to you.
Conclusion
Hold onto 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” - Entrust all things to God. God is watching everything and knows everything. Watch how God works in your life. We have no right to be sad and worried. All we have to do is rejoice always, pray, and give thanks. This is what we should be doing. May you enjoy this in the name of Jesus Christ.
